They pay reasonable good interest rate…

They pay reasonable good interest rate but 1st time I need to withdraw today,they still make me jump the hurdle after 3 calls. I give them my own major bank detail for them to verify. They told me they cannot while we can simply check this while payment on mobile to confirm. Service rep removed my previously verified joint account detail too so I cannotgo back to that account for them to make payment. I provide detail in message and hope they pick it up. I do feel they are hiding behind their procedures when we need money at a critical time. Only open 9 till 5 weekdays. I am moving away for sure
