Ordered two weeks ago, site said it was in stock. It wasn't. I am still waiting for delivery. This company is usually good, but this instance they haven't been. I wasn't even told the items were out of stock until I chased my order. This review is only for one experience. Previous experience has been excellent

The delivery was so fast, I was incredibly impressed. The company has great customer service also. I just wish their postage costs were slightly lower or of their products to make up for the cost of the p+p.

Have been a regular customer for several years. Good products at good prices. Can't always believe the 'shipping confirmation' email. On querying the non-arrival of a 1st class shipment a week after I received the 'your items have been shipped' email, I was informed that the items were out of stock and it would be another two weeks before they would be shipped!

I have ordered from SHC Web a number of times over the past few years. There was a small error on one occasion and it was immediately resolved, that to me is a sign of an excellent company...mistakes sometimes happen and handling them swiftly and effectively shows true customer service. Hence I continue to order from Linda and would not hesitate to recommend her.

I ordered 200 cosmetic plastic containers. I paid for them on the 1st May. I received nothing - then phoned you on the 7th May only to be told you don't have any in stock and didn't know when they were going to be in stock. Last time I ordered the same thing - you sent me 25ml instead of 50ml. Your products are very good but your service and organisation is very poor. I have now ordered them elsewhere and am probably not going to come back to you as I have customers waiting for handcreams etc - and your inefficiency has held everything up.

After being able to order online with no indication about stock levels etc,I got in touch with the customer service team via the website form. Another day passed to get a short and stroppy sounding response that there is no stock and not for another 14days. It took me to ask whether there is an alternative to make up in a smaller size,again another day passed to be told no stock on lids;however now I get the option to get the next size available (but a decrease from 100ml to 30ml is not suitable). Now I've asked for a full refund for 2 orders and I'm awaiting a response and I'm sure I won't hear back before Monday. By the time I'll get my money back it will be 2 weeks on (keeping my fingers crossed here) from placing my original order. In the day and age of next delivery and companies wanting to keep their customers I'm most likely not to return for future purchases.

I have ordered this product before and was very happy with the quality and price and had no hesitation ordering again. Delivery was really quick, I only realised last minute that I had run out of this product so it was good that they arrived so quickly.

Made an initial enquiry today about their products and they were so helpful that we are already preparing our first order with them, very good customer service! Heathstud Ltd

Order took a week to arrive....however in the past when something was broken they did replace it no questions asked...

This is the first time I've used this company and was very impressed with their prices and speed of delivery.
