SHC Web is excellent in processing and dispatching/delivering the order with minimum hassle. Could be more responsive to requests as you need to chase them rather than them call you back. Will still use without hesitation.

Ordered early evening arrived before 10am next day. Products are of excellent quality and reasonably priced.

I received a phonecall within a couple of days of placing order informing me the product was out of stock currently, giving me opportunity to change or cancel order. I left original order in place. Product arrived 10 days from order date, which is fine. I will use them again.

As a small business when ordering sometimes things get left to the last few items before restocking. When you order on the SHC web site you have no idea they do not actually have any in stock, and were very quick to take the payment. It would have been nice to know that there would be a delay so I could have then gone and found another supplier. It took 7 days before I received anything from them and all that was, was a review on rating them. I had to contact them to only find out that they had none and did not know when or if they were getting any in. I did see however the site is still offering them for sale. I have now had to cancel the order and buy them from another supplier. Thanks SHC your service is poor.

Ordered over a 100 pots to receive only 11. Ridiculous postage cost of £9.50. When questioned quantities to them, I was advised checkout would have automatically revised quantity to items in stock. However, this was NOT highlighted at checkout.

I have tried other companies for small plastic pots to use in my craft work.
I now look no further as SHC web cannot be beaten on quality, price and delivery time.

Despite the old fashioned website, the products they hold, particularly little pots and the like, are difficult to get hold of in the UK and they always have a useful range of them. This is my go-to company for this kind of thing. The turnaround is a little slow, a couple or three days but I've not had any issues with either the goods or the orders to date.

Ordered these products on one day and delivery was carried out the next - superb!
