SHC Web always have what I'm looking for and deliver very quickly.

No communication regarding delivery time and handling, my order was submitted more than 4 weeks ago and still I haven't seen anything nor received any communication about the delay.

I placed and paid for an order about 6 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I emailed a week after placing and paying for it and got a reply 2 days later saying that warehouse changes were in operation and orders will 8% discount. I also paid for swift postage.
In summary: Customer service is very poor and don't expect to have what you ordered delivered. I am still waiting for mine while the money I paid them is sitting in their bank gathering interest

we have used this company for a couple of yrs.
uptill now have been good...now very poor,awaiting delivery over 2 months
took payment straight away..
just false promises.have had to search for new supplier

I have been using SHC for approx. 5 years and always been happy, I ordered some pots at the beginning of july 10ml size and they sent me 100ml !!! I have rang must be ten times left messages, emailed numerous times and no one has come back to me !! I assumed they had gone out of business as no one has come back to me.

I placed a small order but was not kept informed. I tried to find out where my items were and my emails were ignored. I received very sketchy intermittent replies and after 5 weeks and threatening to open a dispute with PayPal I finally received a refund today. If I was a larger customer I would not touch this company with a barge pole

While indicating that the delivery of Jars was 7 to 14 days, this was unfortunately not the case! Pity is that we where not informed us onbeforehand about it in the right way and the customer service is very poor reachable. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order and chose another supplier because we could no longer and want no longer wait. The further processing and the repayment went quickly and without any problem!

I have been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks, in the end ended up emailing and calling- no response until refund was requested via paypal.
I wouldn't advise purchasing anything from them unless you pay by paypal as at least this way you can get your money back,

SHC didn't reply to my delivery date request then cancelled the wrong order. I had to reorder the items which after a while they again didn't reply to my delivery date request. I had to cancel the order and find a supplier who was more reliable. The new supplier was far cheaper, much quicker delivery and more responsive.

Speedy delivery, good choice of good quality products, good prices too.

Very quick delivery. Even though I phoned late in the afternoon the parts were delivered the next day

As promised I revise my review, the products are great and the company should deserve 4 or 5 stars but they have a very big communication problems...

No news for one complete month, 2 contacts via the form on their website without any answer but after I put a bad review here my order was shipped the following day...

I will reorder as I like their product but I hope that their communication will be better next time.

Not sure friction is the right word here, as that was not the case . I was disappointed not to have been informed/contacted that my order was delayed because the stock was low and would not have fulfilled my order. Would have been nice to have been sent an email stating that fact, but this did not happen and only because I was chasing my order that I found this out.
