I love that you can order the products in small quantities. Can't argue with the prices, very reasonable (we shopped around, a lot). Great customer service - I had connection problems whist making a payment. I received an email to say my order was received and would be dispatched upon said payment. I called them, they sorted it out without any fuss and I received the goods within a couple of days as stated.

I am very happy with the service from SHC but disappointed with the delay in delivery by UPS. It took 6 days to deliver my order as it had been sitting in a UPS depot quite local to me for 5 days.

First class service

I ordered some sliding lid tins for lip balm. The website took my order and said about 3 to 5 days for delivery, it's now been three weeks. I've had no reply to my email and nobody phoned me like they said they would

Just received a package which was badly wrapped with at least 20 broken pots and lids, usually great however I was disappointed with my most recent order :(

I ordered a selection of containers about lunchtime, and they had arrived by the following afternoon - great service!

Items arrived quickly and correct.
All good quality, I would defiantly recommend them.

My items arrived super quick. And when I emailed them to say I changed my mind about the size of my items I ordered I was given a quick and helpful response. Happy customer, will defo use again. :-)

I was happy with the service I received and the products received. I was just a little disappointed wth the delivery time. I did try to select next day delivery at the point or order, but the system automatically changed it back. Other than that I was quite happy.

Order not received more than one week after payment despite "Latest dispatch times estimate: 1-3 days".
