We ordered through their website having seen them on eBay as well. We wanted 500 each of aluminium tins in 2 sizes. We needed them pretty quickly. I tried contacting them by phone to ask whether it would be possible. No answer. I sent an email via website. No reply. But, as I've used them before, I decided to place the order (the other source we had found were on holiday until after the weekend and we wanted them prior to the weekend).
Unfortunately, SHC didn't contact us to tell us that we had paid for something which was not in stock. Only when they still hadn't arrived, 4 postal days later, and I sent another email did the reply come through that they were not in stock and were not available until the end of that week.
The response to our request for a refund was quickly actioned but what a shame that I had to cancel the order and re-order with the other company which was back from their holiday. They answered their phone and the order arrived the next day.

What can I say, this company is the bees knees. I ordered and had my delivery within 2 days! Will definitely use SHC WEB again.
