sheehan buick gmc is a predatory…

sheehan buick gmc is a predatory operation built on lies and customer exploitation.

I traveled hundreds of miles, only to be met with a calculated betrayal; a vehicle riddled with numerous hidden and substantial defects.

This was a calculated act of fraud, a deliberate, premeditated lie. I have documented text messages where their representative explicitly lied, assuring me the only issue was a malfunctioning rear window. They knew exactly what deception, the depth of moral corruption, and the financial exploitation they were engaging in. By deliberately withholding crucial information about the vehicle's true condition and profiting from the sale of a defective car, they financially exploited me.

Specifically, they deliberately hid the following from me:

* Seat heaters – inop
* Moon roof – inop
* Navigation – inop
* Front side marker lights – inop
* AUTO function on HVAC – inop
* Windshield wiper blades – dry rotted off
* HVAC fan blower motor – grinding and nearly dead
* Side mirrors – inop
* Center console – not even attached to the hinge.
* DVD system – inop
* DVD monitors in headrests – purposefully scratched out.
* And the grand finale? An EVAP system so critically failed, I couldn't even fuel it after leaving the dealership.
* Oh, and after inspection at home, I found that it has a cracked/leaky fuel tank neck.

When I called and exposed all of their lies, marc's response was a callous, "What do you expect, you bought a used car." A response that perfectly encapsulates their contempt for their customers.

sheehan buick gmc knowingly and purposefully sells defective vehicles, recklessly endangering lives. Their 'as-is' clause is a pathetic attempt to shield themselves from their fraudulent actions. They knew about these numerous defects and hid them. And they knowingly put me and others on the road at risk.

sheehan buick gmc is a testament to the absolute worst of the automotive industry, and they will put you and your family at risk.

(Update 1):

After posting my original review (above), I received a response claiming that the manager would “really like to speak with me regarding this matter” and provided a phone number. I took the time to reach out, hoping for a resolution. Instead, I was met with a condescending attitude from clint thomas, the sales manager.

Rather than showing any understanding or concern about his dealership's fraudulent concealment of the vehicle's numerous legitimate problems, clint's tone and demeanor were arrogant and disrespectful. He asked, in a condescending tone, “What can I do for you?” and, just like marc, he added, “You do realize that you bought a used car, right?” This wasn't just unprofessional — it displayed the utter depths of their moral bankruptcy.

It’s clear that their online reply to my review is nothing but a front to make people believe they actually care about their customers. They claim they want to speak with me, but when I reach out, I’m met with nothing but disrespect and indifference. It’s all a tactic to give the illusion they are addressing the situation when, in reality, they are doing nothing at all—except trying to make it look like they care.

They don’t care about their customers, and it’s obvious they just want to take customers for all they can get and then brush legitimate complaints under the rug.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this stealer-ship. They are untrustworthy, dismissive, and completely disrespectful. Don’t let them deceive you like they did to me.

(Update 2):

clint thomas, the sales manager, called me and dangled a $1,000 reimbursement for the essential EVAP system repair costs, contingent, of course, on me removing my negative reviews.

Relying. on his 'word,' I removed my reviews and then they ended all communication with me, proving their utter lack of integrity. Their purposeful deceit clearly and plainly shows their absolute lack of integrity and corruption.

This is a warning to everyone. RUN from sheehan buick gmc. They will stop at absolutely nothing to exploit you.
