Great service
Great service, got an appointment quickly, this was on time and I felt reassured I had been listened to. Choosing new frames was also a good experience, the dispenser selected frames that were perfect for me. My glasses arrived earlier than expected and the new prescription feels accurate and has improved my sight. I had to go back for a slight adjustment and this was also done really efficiently.

You get a quality service at Sheinman from all the staff. The opticians are knowledgeable and provide very clear advice. Technology is up to date ensuring that any health issues are detected. Staff really care that you get spectacles that are just right for you and provide plenty of choice.

Sheinmans were able to book myself and my 4 year old in for a joint appointment, which was really convenient. Helen was very thorough and patient with my 4 year old, and talked me through my options after we found my eyesight had improved slightly.
I had been wanting to buy new sunglasses, and downstairs I was helped by Alex. He started off by offering me a drink, and brought over a small biscuit each for me and my daugher.
He then kindly helped set my daughter up on a game on the tablets that they have available, which made it much easier for us to concentrate on the glasses!
Alex listened to what I wanted and was able to bring out several pairs of suitable sunglasses within my price range. He was very knowledgable about the glasses and their pros and cons, and consulted with Linda to help me select the best pair of sunglasses to suit my face shape and preferences.
My glasses were ready to collect a week later, and Alex took the time to make sure they fit me perfectly before I left.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the service, as always, was excellent, the range of products can suit all price ranges and requirements, and we will definitely be back again.

Eye test and extra glasses
The tests were all carried out on time, no hanging around waiting. I was shown the results of the tests and everything was explained.
I was able to buy a pair of reading glasses based on the prescription. My usual glasses are bifocal.
A good experience.

Very helpful and comprehensive service.
Sheinman's (Marc Williams) helped me through the whole process of going for cataract surgery with helpful advice before and afterwards. The outcome was great - I can see much better now and my new varifocals are a good compromise enabling distance and reading (although I still find reading glasses the best for close-to work). Stephen was very helpful and understanding in helping me choose new glasses, noting that I was previously short-sighted and since the op am long-sighted. Thank you Sheinman's!
