I would like to take a moment to commend Carl for the truly outstanding service I recently received.
From the very outset, when I encountered a minor issue with one of my existing pairs of glasses, Carl demonstrated the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness.
Together with Lynda in the background, he seamlessly orchestrated a resolution, ensuring that I was provided with a brand-new pair of Tom Ford glasses, which I absolutely adore.
The colour is exquisite, and the quality is unquestionable. However, what truly stood out to me was not only the product itself, but Carl’s exemplary service standards throughout the entire process.
His approach combined impeccable professionalism, genuine warmth, and extraordinary meticulousness.
Carl’s mannerisms conveyed both reassurance and refinement, and his ability to explain matters with clarity and patience was deeply appreciated.
The small but thoughtful gesture of offering me a cup of tea whilst I waited added an extra dimension of hospitality that is, sadly, all too rare in modern customer service.
Carl embodies what can only be described as consummate customer care, a scrupulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. His conduct was both courteous and conscientious, leaving me not only delighted with my new glasses but also with the overall experience of being so well looked after.

I have been using Sheinman for my eye tests and glasses for over 30 years and they are excellent. A great optician and knowledgeable dispensers. Always very thorough and sort any problems out promptly if they occur. Wouldn’t ever go elsewhere!

30+ years later and I’m still a customer !
I have been a customer of Sheinman opticians for over 30 years and have seen many changes over that time as they adapted to new technology. The experience I have had has always been exemplary. They truly care for their customers and that is from the receptionists to the opticians and the dispensary team. I cannot fault them or the service they provide. They always go above and beyond to ensure I am happy and understand where my sight is currently at.

My parents first bought me to Sheinmans in 1989. They have always provided the best bespoke care. It’s tailor made to the customer. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have tried other high street opticians, but simply put - nothing else compares to Sheinman.
