I ordered this item May 3rd, rang the company and delivery is due this week???. No correspondence from company from the beginning and no item delivered at present. Shocking service.

Arrived damaged. Followed instructions of how to report damage and not heard a word since. 7 days still nothing. No a great example.

Had to call next day as office closes at 5:30 Oh should have been delivered will contact courier had to call again and again the same then it will be delivered by 5 bearing in mind the office closes at 5:30

Office called asked if it had been delivered no real apology this is bearing in mind had to cancel one day’s work and a very lucrative nights work

The products were good and the price was about right.
I struggled a bit getting the response I needed on the on line chat service, but apart from that the service was excellent. I spoke to the company after delivery to tell them they had done a good job

Disliked surcharge for all highland delivery which was not explained on the website.

Was not advised day or time to expect the delivery and it was by chance I was available to receive it.

Assembling shelves required 2 people. Instructions clear. Shelving unit sturdy and well finished.

No notification as to when we would see the items that we ordered. It took a phone call from me, over a week after the order to chase. Strangely, the last part of the order came into stock the day I called and it was sent the next day. What a coincidence!!
