I ordered the five ring bikini in brown and it’s absolutely stunning. Not to mention the customer service was amazing. Anytime I would inquire about my package/shipping they responded swiftly and helped me resolve any concerns.

I was given no shipping status, no delivery date and no responses when I would message the company. Item was ordered January 10 and item still not received without update in mid February.

Received my parcel 4 weeks later with less than half my items turning up!!!
I ordered on at the start of September which said 5-7 days to deliver. It had been around 3 weeks later and still no sign. I emailed murmurous times even on the Instagram page and no reply. Which made it too late for when i actually needed to wear the 2 sets I bought. Then at the start of October a parcel arrived of only the sarong and no bikini top or bottoms. And my status says delivered?? I paid £100 for these and I have had the most terrible experience with no help and only having half of my parcel delivered! Will never be using this company or rip off of a company again and neither should anyone else.

I ordered a bikini 28th August and have never received my order. I contacted them multiple times via email and Instagram for a refund but my messages have been ignored. Really disappointing and frustrating to have been scammed by this company. Avoid buying from here.

Terrible customer service, poor quality
I understand giving a small business grace but this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Following their website, I DM’d them on Instagram to ask when I should order so it could arrive before my holiday; they got back to me the next day! Unfortunately that was the last time I heard from them. I ordered even before the advice they gave. I never received any tracking information or confirmation it had even been shipped. I spent over $300 with this business, I would expect some type of communication. After two weeks of radio silence, I emailed using their contact form on their website and nothing. I emailed their gmail and no response. The inquiry I sent back on Instagram DM has still not been looked at after 24 hours. It was looking unlikely that they were going to send my package in time for my holiday so I ordered from another site. I was prepared to dispute this charge from my PayPal as a scam.
My package magically showed up that same evening! These bikinis are not worth the $70-$100 a pop price point. The fabric is pretty but you are just paying for it being handmade. I will give credit and say the sizing is accurate, I’m a XXL up top and it fits well. All the hems of the suits were sewn quickly, so much so, one of the bikini tops has a hole in it. I will not be returning for store credit because customer service is nonexistent and the quality doesn’t justify shopping here again.
I don’t understand spending so much money on Instagram ads if you don’t have the basic infrastructure to support the demand.

I went 3 PLUS weeks with no response from them about my order.
I ordered a swimwear set from them for a birthday trip weeks before I was set to leave due to their shipping time. When it was getting somewhat close to the date of their trip I emailed them due to not getting any tracking information and never got a response. Then I dm’d them on social media and never got a response. I emailed them again and never got a response. To this day this dm was never opened. I received my swimsuit the day before I left more my trip and the quality was AWFUL. To pay that much money and have the quality feel cheap is insane. I’ve had better from PLT. Because I was banking on the swimsuit and left the next day, I had to wear it because I had nothing else. 10/10 would not recommend. TERRIBLE customer service and TERRIBLE quality. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered a bikini and would say the quality on shein is better. Bikini top is see through and the gold rings on it are cheaply made out of a plastic material and look shiny and cheap. Definitely not worth £60!
