I was informed by Millberg solicitors,that I had been awarded a claim that they were dealing with on my behalf
Millberg was awarded a sum to be paid to me. They instructed Shieldpay to pay claimants on their behalf.
Shieldpay contacted me and they paid me in full within a week of informing me of the amount of my claim.
This service was above and beyond efficient,for which I would like to thank them.

I was very wary about providing information to Shieldpay who were acting for a legal firm regarding a class action against a car manufacturer. After a number of chases from both the legal firm and shieldpay I provided the limited information ask for. A payment was made into my account within 48hrs and this was over the Christmas break!!

Like the most recent review I also verified my details on 23/12/2022 and still have nothing, I have seen several reviews were they got funded pretty quick after open banking.

I received notification from Shieldpay on Christmas Eve. I filled out all the details as required. It was said it had been verified, but, I was surprised not to receive further email confirmation. I’m doubting that I’ve filled out the criteria correctly. I appreciate we’ve had an extended bank holiday period and delays are to be expected. Constantly checking my bank in anticipation….

Still waiting for mine to land in my bank skint after Christmas and could really do with it. I was expecting yesterday as everyone got theirs pretty quickly after giving access the banking app. I did this before Christmas.

Shieldpay, were efficient and trustworthy. The experience of having them on your side is very reassuring.

After getting my son in law who works in IT to check this wasn’t a scam I completed the verification,I waited a day or two and messaged Sheild Pay to confirm the verification had gone through,I submitted my maiden name account but the Law firm had my married name so it wouldn’t verify. However this was easily rectified by Sheildpay who sent me another link.
Payment was received within 72 hrs.

Terrible system...I "connect" my Nationwide account using TFA and it successfully links to DirectID, shows me the balances of my accounts (so I know it worked) and says "Successful, please continue to Shieldpay" then says fails and asks me for information (which I enter correctly), then fails gain and asks for bank statement...feel scammy at worst, poorly written software at best.

A painless process, one form filled out. Money paid in 3 days later.
