Excellent service and fast payment

Shieldpay dealt with the compensation payment for a VW emissions claim (Milberg Solicitors)
Was a bit apprehensive when I first received the link. Called them to check it was authentic.
All checked out and the call handler was quick to answer and had a friendly manner.
Money appeared in my account within 36 hours.
Not many companies left that provide a faultless service. Well done Shieldpay and keep up the good work!

Claim Paid Within 20 hours
Millberg solicitors confirmed I had been awarded compenation they were dealing with on my behalf.
Millberg instructed Shieldpay to pay me. Shieldpay contacted me directly and paid my compensation in full within 20 hours of informing me of the amount of my claim.
This service was above and beyond efficient, for which I thank them.

Claim paid in full within 2 weeks as Christmas and strikes got in the way just a little, this I would add was therefore no fault of Shieldpay they were as quick as they could be under the circumstances.

I was advised on 24th December that my payment would be made within 7 working days, this was a Saturday and followed by Christmas day, plus Monday and Tuesday Bank Holidays. I was surprised to see my payment deposited on the Thursday. I was a little apprehensive about this payment via a third party, but this was the way the legal team were doing it. It was easy to do, probably took less than 5 minutes to confirm my details.

The really good thing is that I got paid by them and it came through pretty quickly. The bad thing is that I did everything you're not supposed to do online ie giving out my bank account details and other personal stuff. I gave these details after reading up about this company and reading their reviews on Trustpilot, but surely there is a less stressful way for them to pay out. Even my bank told me not to trust them, but I went against my instincts and did what they asked me to do, hence I have now been paid my compensation. I think they should review the way they pay out as nearly everyone has put that they had reservations about giving them so many personal details.

Don’t fear this company, I did but eventually took the plunge. They are both legit and efficient, if your worried then give them a bank account with no money in such as a side account like Monzo or something. They kept me informed of what they were doing and transferred my money within 5 working days. Cheers guys 👍🏼
