Despite being a little wary at the start, due to the need to authenticate via my internet bank and provide payment details, the process was quick and efficient and I received the funds within 2 working days. Excellent service.

I had the notice re the payout from Milberg and was sceptical, along with many others about the logging into my bank account. I rang the bank and they also said don't do it, however there is an option to just fill out your bank details and Shieldpay have sent the money 2 days later. So as far as I am concerned everything is awesome, Sheildpay and Milberg are all good with me, thank you!

Very helpful and reassuring when I phoned re my payment from my vw claim as I wasn't comfortable giving bank details, all went fine paid within 4 days thanks.

Like most people reading these reviews, I had an email from Shieldpay explaining that they had been selected to act as the 3rd party in transferring my funds. I was extremely dubious and cautious given the nature of what I was being asked to do. I’m glad to say I went ahead and 6 days later Shieldpay deposited the funds into my chosen bank account. I would be kicking myself if I had of ignored the initial email!

This is 100% genuine , I was very suspicious that it was just another scam by Milberg I was wrong, I provided only the necessary info at the time , I am so glad I did, so when I received an email from shieldpay after almost year saying won the case to provide details for payment, I phoned Milberg and was confirmed it was genuine, so I connected my details on the 08-01-2023 with shieldpay, This is 100% genuine and after 4 days I just received the payment today 12/01/2023,it could not have come any better time I am struggling so much, taxi work is dead, thank you Milberg thank you shieldpay, so if you received an email from shieldpay give your details or your are going to lose out,

Great communication and explanations of what was happening and when. All time frames were adhered to. The electronic forms were simple to complete.

To start with, main concern was whether it is a scam or not, after a VW payment directed by Keller & Postman. Couldn’t login through HSBC login & had to change my login password as mobile login got blocked. Apart from that it was an easy, straightforward procedure submitting the details with a recent statement, which I did last Thursday evening, more than 10 days now. Still keeping my fingers crossed - will update you if & when I get paid. Got a prompt reply from them when I mailed them, saying it is being processed. So still hopeful & assume it is a wait wait game now I assume - will let you know how it goes 👍

Very pleased with Shieldpay. Initially I was concerned about connecting my bank account but I was contacted by shieldpay to reassure me and I have just had my payout from the Vw emmisons claim a set up 2 years ago.
