Recently received a diesel compensation payment paid through the Shield Pay portal. Very helpful staff and an easy procedure to use. Very satisfied.

I received an e- mail from Shieldpay and at first thought it could be a scam to get my bank details so I held off and after some research gave them my bank details. I had opened a special account just for this payment and within 4 days the money was in my account

As with most other reviews I was concerned when i received an email from Shieldpay requesting access to my online bank account in order to verify me. It sounds like a scam and in most cases (with other companies) it might well be a scam, so we should be uber cautious given the current world we find ourselves in.

Fortunately after speaking with Milberg directly they confirmed the email to be genuine and i went ahead and followed the link from Shieldpays email. Within 3 working days i received my emissions settlement from them.

Overall happy with the service. I guess my only gripe is that with so much online fraud and fraudsters getting smarter with how they access your personal data, there must be a simpler/safer way to verify who you are than allowing a random company (in this case - Shieldpay) access to your online banking as the only way to verify who you are. Its for this reason i have reviewed this company only 4 stars.

Agree with the below review.. was a little concerned but did some background checks and my claim by mulberg and paid the through shieldpay went through and was paid into my account as noted….

Got an email on the Monday saying I would be paid within a week . The money arrived on the Thursday . The procedure for getting the money into my account was straightforward though I did hesitate in case it was a scam after reading a few other reviews. However I did a bit of research and all seemed good and turns out I can’t fault them at all .

Both Milberg and Shieldpay have been exemplary throughout this entire activity. One is always a little sceptical when asked for bank account details but after some very little research I was happy to go ahead and they delivered what they said they would.

The efficiency and simplicity of dealing with the company to receive my compensation.
