Only 3 out of 4 were any good
I was very disappointed with my purchase of HP Toners from Shima Uma. Having changed the toners and thrown away the old toners in the new boxes I was very disappointed to note that there was no colour coming out of the magenta toners. When I investigated the contents were totally solid. I can't return it because I have thrown away the box !!

Order process is perfect but delivery was not good
The ordering at the site is easy and simple. Product overview is well done.
After the order the shipping was fast however the delivery was strange. The product was just left outside in front of the front door. What if someone would have taken it?
Once you leave a mobile number as well it is quite easy to check if someone is at home or not.

First rate service - both on price and delivery times
I could not fault the service I received - just a couple of days between ordering and delivery - the items arrived in good condition and for the cost of replica cartridges received HP originals. I am very pleased and would certainly return to this site again.
