Always reliable
I've used Shima Uma about 4 times now and it's always been a perfect service from the ordering to prompt delivery (generally about 2/3 days). Their prices seem to be competitive as well.

Very good fast service.

Good Price & Service
Shima Uma were one of the firms recommended by HP for their inks. They were the cheapest at time of ordering and delivery was efficient and speedy. Courier delivery date could be changed and time was given on day. They arrived one minute early. Top of the list for the next buy.

A Poor Start But Recovered Well!
This was the first time that I had used Shima Uma and needed some replacement print-heads for my HP printer. The system showed everything in stock and I even received an email telling me that the items would be delivered the next day. When the package did not arrive I contacted Shima Uma and was told that there was a slight mix-up and that the items would be with me the following day. Again the items did not arrive. After a frustrating email over the weekend the items did arrive on the Monday. In all of this my dealings with Shima Uma were always courteous and they never tried to fob me off with excuses. This appears to have been a logistics error with their courier and does not appear their usual standard, having read other reviews. Everyone deserves a second chance so I will be happy to give them a go again before I am prepared to recommend them to colleagues.
