The order took a whole week to arrive which was rather long - I had to go out and buy some to tied me over.

Late delivery
I placed an order for HP printer toners and did not receive them for 10 days after the date of initial order. This is not good enough and to make matters worse, there is no telephone no to call on their website in order to track the order
