A working example of customer care
I came upon Shima Uma really by chance when my ink levels were low and on the two occasions when I have used them they have been both helpful and efficient After placing an order their delivery is first rate and arrives promptly on time - that is important for someone like me who sadly always seem to leave it to the last minute to place an order. And what I do appreciate is the fact that when I have had a question, I have received a reply by return which is is straight to the point.

Marginally more expensive than competitor's and not as quick.
Two similar items were ordered, not by intent. The order to SU was just more (pennies), expensive, was not post-free and was not next-day delivery. Apart from these issues, there were no other quibbles.
