This firm has a proper Yorkshire approach to life - efficient and inexpensive.
I am delighted with the way Shima deals with me as a customer when so often we are treated as interfering with their life. Their response to problems is positive, the products do what the box says, and should not so do, then a replacement is made - no questions asked. Full marks to them and long may they continue.

Very good value for money
I have ordered ink cartridges from Shima Uma before and they always have a good offer. The only criticism is (and I being very picky) that it took a bit longer to be delivered. Apart from that I am a happy customer.
