It was off to a rocky start…

It was off to a rocky start with the host having transaction issues with the supplier and then upon receiving my packages the host had some sort of potential medical issue. After no communication or activity for a week or so I contacted shippn support and they handled the issue professionally and proficiently. I received my package and am very thankful.

Stay away from Shippn

This was my first order with Shippn, and it will likely be my last. For anyone considering using Shippn, I would strongly recommend looking into alternative providers.
My order was a “Buy For Me” request involving an item located in Poland on eBay. I selected a host (Shanize) who was local to the seller’s country. Although the host confirmed the order and stated they were in the process of completing the purchase, more than 30 hours passed without the order being fulfilled. As a result, I lost the opportunity to purchase the item altogether.
What made the situation more frustrating was that even after I flagged the issue, it still took an additional 16 hours before I was informed that the item had been lost.
I have also attempted to contact Shippn support multiple times regarding both the failed order and a refund request, but have received no meaningful response. At this point, I am requesting a full refund for the unfulfilled order.
Unfortunately, my experience with Shippn support — assuming it exists at all — has been extremely disappointing and unhelpful.

Fast and great shipping

Mohammad is a great shippin host ive worked with him for the last 6 months he buys my orders quickly and the shipping quotes most of the time are some of the best ive recived i would highly recommened

System bug holding my package hostage — no fix, no response

I ordered a laptop from Ireland and my host received it successfully. When I tried to confirm the shipment, the system zeroed out the volumetric weight, weight, and item value, making it impossible to get a quote. After slow back-and-forth with support, the data issue was eventually fixed — but the system is attempting to charge me approximately $6,000 USD for what should be a ~$100 delivery. That bug has not been resolved and my package is still being held at my hosts address.

Since then, support has gone quiet and is no longer meeting their own 12-hour response time commitment. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail every time I call. I also reached out on Instagram and was told someone would follow up — they haven’t.

To make matters worse, the host is completely powerless in this situation and unable to help beyond referring me back to the same broken support channels I’ve already exhausted. My package is stuck with no path forward through any avenue available to me.

I’m not asking for a miracle, just a working system and someone to actually respond and help fix this issue.

From Netherlands to Italy

Wonderful service! I couldn't buy an item in the Netherlands. Tried many times before discovering shippn. Easy to set up. The host (Mohammad Almasri) was really kind, professional and shipped the item really fast. A lifesaver.

Simple and Quick

Overall the experience was simple, quick, and straightforward. My purchaser Bart was easy to contact, quick to reply, and was very friendly. The only downside is that the overall cost for goods and shipping was very expensive. Be prepared to spend money on shipping on top of goods.

Good Job...!

Only the second time I've used Shippn, but very satisfied with the service provided on each occasion, my host Bart literally going the extra mile this time around, the Seller having sent my parcel to the wrong address!

Worth mentioning however that, whilst the stated price is reasonable, additional Insurance and Courier charges do boost the overall cost somewhat and this should be borne in mind by would-be users.

Having said that, Shippn is probably still the best and most user friendly service of its kind and in my case, Bart has once again provided an efficient, reliable and friendly service.

Such a convenient service

Such a convenient service, my host was super prompt and responsive. Whole process only took one week. Shipping costs were quite high when adding on more but when looking at other options this was the best alternative. I wouldn’t need to use this often but if I do I know it’s a trustworthy and will for sure recommend to others. So happy with the experience and happy that the option was available!!

Great service, expensive shipping

Unique service as they put together a network of local shoppers in many countries. It’s is dependent on the individual shopper. Most were very good, a few excellent and one was bad. If you’re shopping on European marketplaces like Wallapop or Leboncoin,, the sellers can be pretty hard to deal with so a good shopper may have to make extra effort to obtain your item. So in France, Elizabeth is wonderful and chased down several items for me. Shipping could definitely be cheaper.

Super easy and great communication

Platform made it super easy to make a purchase and get shipped to me! Bart Meijer, my host, communicated through the whole process. Sending me confirmation photos at every step of the way and confirmed how I would like my shipment packaged. Would definitely use this service again!
