One of the best shopping experiences, though it was a sticker shock because the USD is weak at the moment, still regret nothing. My host Omar was great!

Had the pleasure of having Omar A. as my Shippn host. I had put in a "Buy For Me" request and process seemed pretty straight forward. The shipping process was flawless and the shipping speed was fairly quick. Package arrived safe and sound.

I felt that the Host Communication was a tad bit slow, but the overall experience was great.

Rory was incredible and made this process so seamless. I would use Shippin and Rory again 100%. I was skeptical at first of this kind of system but they were so responsive and kept me updated through every step of the way. I love Shippin and can't say enough good things about it. If you're on the fence... DO IT!

My experience with Shippn was overall positive, but there are a few important things to be aware of before using the service.
Payment options are somewhat limited—Klarna didn’t work for me, and it’s also not possible to handle import duties and taxes yourself. Instead, Shippn calculates these costs for you, and you’re required to accept and pay everything upfront in a single payment.
In my case, I purchased a product worth $750, and the total ended up being around $1,200 after all additional costs. However, this was an international shipment from Brazil to the Netherlands, which naturally comes with higher shipping fees, import duties, and taxes. So the higher total isn’t entirely due to Shippn itself, but also the nature of the shipment.
That said, if you really need a product that isn’t available in your country—like I did—Shippn is a great solution. It’s definitely expensive, but sometimes it’s better to pay more than to not be able to get the item at all.
On the positive side, the service is reliable and the system works very well. I genuinely appreciate that a platform like this exists, because it makes otherwise impossible purchases possible.
Overall, I would use Shippn again and recommend it, as long as you keep the additional costs in mind.

Very low value customer services

used Shippn’s “Buy For Me” service to purchase a limited item from Poland and have it shipped to Slovenia. Overall, the experience turned out positive, but there were a few moments along the way that are worth mentioning.
After my host completed the in-store purchase, there was a small discrepancy between the amount paid at the store and the amount received by the host. This caused a bit of uncertainty, and communication from support was not always immediate, especially around a holiday period.
However, Shippn support did follow up, clarified the situation, and issued a small additional payment request to cover the difference (which turned out to be related to transportation costs). Once that was settled, the process moved forward smoothly.
My host was helpful and ultimately shipped the package, and I received tracking as expected. The item arrived safely and as described.
Overall, while the process required a bit of patience and follow-up on my side, everything was resolved correctly in the end. I would recommend the service, especially for hard-to-get or location-restricted items — just be prepared to stay engaged during the process.

Have used Shippn a few times now, for various things. Now don't get me wrong it isn't always cheap, sometimes ive paid a fair few £££'s in fee's but depends on what you order. But it's never a hassle buying through Shippn. Easy dealings with hosts & good support if needed. Will continue to use - 5*

Rip off!

I bought an item from ebay and it was $28 to ship (the item was only $50 cost). I was charged $130 for shipping and taxes from shippn and the rubbish customer services was not answering my query as it did not allow me to select that i want to pay the duty myself.

in the end I just paid it, but will not use the service again

I wanted to order a dress from a shop in the Netherlands. I used the Buy For Me option and it was flawless and fast with impeccable communication from my shipper - Mohammad Almasri. Will use again!

Trust and security service

Insane shipping charges. I purchased a $50 bag. I paid an initial less than $100 and thought that was it. No. I then get hit with another $250 besides duties and taxes. Unreal. Never using again. I have used other package forwarding services that are way cheaper. This is a huge rip off! Prices or at least estimates need to be posted upfront because who wants to pay shipping that is 5 times the price of the product.

Awesome service and a fantastic host. A big, big thanks to Don - Shippn host - and to Shippn too for outstanding service. The Shippn website was easy to use - really intuitive - making it so easy to purchase from the USA while being in Australia. From our host Don there was clear care shown in packaging the item, he ensured we weren't overcharged based on size and weight, and was incredibly prompt in receiving and sending on. I would highly recommend Don as a host and Shippn as a service, and will certainly use again - absolutely legendary!
