I needed a discontinued controller not…

I needed a discontinued controller not available in the US. Shippn was able to purchase the controllers for me on ebay italy and ship it to me. The package arrived as expected and I was very satisfied with the service. There were no delays in shipping and it arrived as expected.

A+++ Shippn is highly recommended!

With the help of Shippn and Ryan, I was able to get a part for my car that isn't available in America. Ryan purchased my part on my behalf, packed it in a box and took care of all of the commercial invoicing. You can have complete trust in Shippn to do what they say they do!

Shippn offers a great solution to overcome country-restriction on Discogs buying

Due to country-specific restriction, I have been unable to buy CDs directly from sellers based on Discogs. Shippn offers just the solution I need to overcome the obstacle with its "Buy for Me" service. The parcel host based in Australia, Brooke, is excellent in every way. She responded promptly to queries and made the purchase, domestic shipment and forward shipment process smooth and virtually hassle-free. I was able to receive the CD set I crave for in less than two weeks' time. If I ever need a proxy buying and parcel forwarding service again I will certainly go for Shippn.

Shippn made purchasing from the US easy!

Shippn made purchasing from the US and shipping to Australia easy! I had wanted to buy a medical device that was only available in the US. The challenge was that the vendor would only post to a residential address. Shippn was the perfect solution for me. The host provided a quick turnaround, and their customer service was excellent! In retrospect, they offered great value for money, and I highly recommend their service to anyone!

The DHL shipping costs are not clear and transparent

When ordering the item, it is not clear and transparent what the costs are going to be for the Shippn host to send it. I paid for the purchase of a pair of girl's shoes worth less than 50USD and it was only after I had paid for the item and when they had arrived with the host that I found that the postage cost to send a shoe box to the UK from France was 76 USD + import taxes making the overall cost overall cost around 102 USD. They use DHL who are very expensive. This doesn't make economic sense for a low cost item. DHL are too expensive.

I would recommend using this service, but only for a high value items. For items under 100 GBP/EUROS, it just doesn't make send economically.

Shippn - making items impossible to have shipped to you... possible

Easy to use service - easy to register. I was wanting a rare, vintage item sent to me but unfortunately, the seller that was based in America wasn't willing to ship to the UK. As a compromise and from seeing the positive reviews, I asked if they would be happy if I got a host address from America via Shippn, which they were fine with.

So, I registered with Shippn and chose my host based not far from where the seller lived. It was easy step-by-step and allowed me to keep the seller informed of what information I needed in order for them to ship the item to the US address. There are some key details you need (like projected weight, item value, link to the item, etc.) as you try to pick the host address you need. However, after that, it's a smooth process.

The chat feature allowed me to keep in touch with the host to let them know tracking details and when the item was being sent and for them to keep me informed of the next steps in the shipping process and send me photos.

The item arrived really quickly today via FedEx (3 days early) and all looks good, which I'm very pleased with.

So, if there's an item you need that doesn't ship to your location, use Shippn to solve this in order to get the item you thought wasn't possible. Shippn also offer a service where they can help you buy something if you're having problems doing this.

All in all, a great and helpful service.

Great experience with Shippn for Australia order

It was very seamless and efficient from start to finish; the process was easy to place my order with the local buyer who arranged purchase of my item very quickly, with prompt shipping all the way from Australia to the U.S. This service was a great assistance with securing a very hard to find item only available in Australia, and I would definitely use Shippn again.

Not a reliable service

Not a reliable service, holds your package hostage "on hold" for days while a verification process takes place that is not clearly communicated in advance. Feels like they're making rules up as they go along, to the customer's inconvenience. Will not use again.

Great company

I wasn't sure how to order from Shippin but It worked out great!! My host was wonderful and we received the order in 8 days due to the winter storms!! Very Happy with their service and the respond time to get back to me with answers to my questions!! I Highly recommend this service!!!

All the items arrived safely but the postage is INSANELY HIGH!! I would encourage you to look into other proxy platforms if possible that WONT change you $260 for a 30cmx20cmx20cm box…

Shipping fees are determined based on either the actual weight of the package or its volumetric (dimensional) weight—whichever is greater. This is a standard pricing method used by carrier companies, and we apply the same calculation as we rely on their services.

Volumetric weight is calculated using the package dimensions. For example, if a package measures a* cm (length) × b* cm (width) × c* cm (height), the volumetric weight is calculated as:

Volumetric Weight = (a* × b* × c*) / 5000 = * kg

For transparency, you can estimate shipping costs in advance—before obtaining a Shippn address—by using our pricing page: https://www.shippn.com/pricing.

Additionally, we would like to note that we now work with Zonos, a globally recognized provider of customs clearance solutions. Through this integration, our shipments can be sent as DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). Customs duties are calculated by Zonos’ system and paid directly to the destination country’s customs authorities.

Upon reviewing your payment details, we can confirm that your total payment of USD $244.39, which included an applied discount, already included the applicable customs duties and fees, as well as shipping charges, for a shipment originating from Hong Kong with package dimensions of 23 × 42 × 33 cm and a weight of 2 kg, calculated through our customs clearance partner.

If a shopper prefers to manage customs duties separately, shipments can be sent using the DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) option, where available. This DDU option is only available for certain carrier companies, as per their shipment policies. When DDU is chosen, any applicable duties or fees are collected directly by the courier from the recipient upon delivery or during the customs processes.
