They Could Have Said No. They Didn't.

I honestly didn't even know a service like this existed until I needed it. I was trying to get two Wusthof knives from Australia that I couldn't find anywhere in the US to complete a set I've been building. Shippn was the answer.
The process was seamless from start to finish. My host did exactly what she was supposed to do and did it well. No complaints there.
The moment that actually impressed me was when the shipment got flagged because it involved knives. Instead of just shutting it down, they engaged with me. I pushed back, pointed out that kitchen knives weren't on the prohibited items list, and they looked into it, confirmed I was right, and we moved forward. Got insurance on it too. Package arrived faster than I expected.
That's the kind of service that builds trust. They could have just said no. They didn't. Will absolutely use Shippn again.

Non-compliance, SAR

Shippn does not take its right of access obligations seriously. I made a subject access request in January; seven weeks have passed and I have not received the details requested. Messaging has been repetitive and fruitless. There are no moves left for me to make in order to gain access to the information. I will not work with a company that does not allow me access to my own personal data. If anybody reading this cares about such matters, I strongly recommend finding an alternative service.

*Update, May 2026* Despite the reassuring words in their public-facing reply, Shippn never did send the personal data requested.

Highly Recommended!

I needed a very specific sporting accessory which was no longer available in Australia and I could only find it in the Netherlands. Unfortunately no shipment to Australia was possible (due to global market segmentation), so the only option was to have it reshipped.
From opening my account, validating my identity, shipping options, delivery and forwarding, Bart was 100% responsive, attentive and professional!
An absolute pleasure and super convenient!

I would like to have given 4.5 stars…

I would like to have given 4.5 stars but couldn’t. This system enables me to buy clothes from Japan I would not have access to usually. Things went smoothly on both occasions I’ve used them and the agent in Japan wasVERY GOOD to work with. Having said that, the IT is clunky and the cost fairly high.

Kinda skeptical at first…. Just can’t believe this service did what it said it would and it all worked. Yes you pay for it but if you just can’t get that thing you want / love why not get it from anywhere in the world.

I recently ordered items from Australia that needed to be shipped internationally to the United States. Brooke had the highest rating (5 stars), and now I understand exactly why.

Shippn service from Germany to USA

My first order with Shippn was great but can be expensive, if you live in USA. I ordered a pair of women's shoes in Vinted.fr and the shoes were located in Germany.
I live in Los Angeles USA and Vinted.fr does not ship to the USA. I was using a French forwarder service but unfortunately is closed so I searched for another service and found Shippn. Shippn have trusted host around Europe that helps you by providing you, their address. In Shippin, the web is easy to understand. I selected the host with the host's address and communicated by providing the details of the order and the tracking number. My purchase of shoes was made on 01/30/2026 and arrived in my host's location on 02/10/2026. The host had great communication and updated me the status of order with pictures of the package. The package was 10x20x30cm and 0.6kg with item valued €25 ($30). Shippn charged me €55($66) to deliver from Germany to USA. The package arrived at my home on 02/23/26. Even though for the price, I will come back and recommend to anyone but expect a high cost from Europe to USA.

I overall had a good experience on Shippn

I overall had a good experience on Shippn, as I managed to get many small collectibles I have wanted too (and was never able too) get, as many sellers in Europe do not ship to the UK. I think the concept of Shippn is really cool and it does give you the chance to buy much wanted items from anywhere! I had a amazing host also, though this is more down to luck. I would say and area for improvement is shipping costs... as they do look VERY scary at the checkout. However, if your package is under the preditcted weight, they do refund you the that bit fairly, but still, postage is quite expensive. TIP: Always use the shipping cost calculator before proceeding to a order, there you can see the predicted shipping costs. Overall, use Shippn if you want to get something you have always wanted really bad, but it does come at the cost with a slightly lighter wallet!

Good communication skills

Mr. Omar Ahmed has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in facilitating the delivery of my package to Australia. The body cleaning products, purchased on February 11th, 2026, from England and shipped to his private address, were tracked with outstanding precision by Evri postal service. The package arrived at my Australian address on February 26th, 2026. I am highly satisfied with the packaging and the clear fragile labeling. I extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Ahmed for his accommodating assistance.

Super smooth and easy to ship from Europe to U.S.

Everything was super smooth and easy! I shipped myself something from Europe that isn’t available in the U.S., and since it was a high-value item I was kind of nervous to try this service for the first time. But, it was really straightforward, I received the item way more quickly than I initially anticipated and the shippn support people were really helpful and responsive. Plus's, I don’t think I paid much over what the actual courier charged, so it was really reasonable, all things considered. I’ll definitely think of using them again!

Completelt unreasonable and Excessive postage costs

Shippn gave no transparency that it would cost me £62.20 JUST for 3 pairs of shoes WITHOUT boxes to be shipped for a buy for me order to be from France to the UK. Bearing in mind that i checked how much UPS were charging which was nearly half. I even tried to provide my own postage label which they rejected no doubt to bring in their excessive profits looting off their customers who have no choice left. Had i known the shipping cost i never would have bothered. Do not use. They will quote you a ridiculous price only when it is too late to do anything else. Completely unethical, non transparent and ridiculous.

I needed a discontinued controller not…

I needed a discontinued controller not available in the US. Shippn was able to purchase the controllers for me on ebay italy and ship it to me. The package arrived as expected and I was very satisfied with the service. There were no delays in shipping and it arrived as expected.
