Failed to ship order
Cancelled my order after a week, since by then it had still not finished "processing" and was not sent yet.
I don't think I'm overly impatient, but a week is a long time when the item is stated as being in stock at the time of ordering (also a week later).
It's also kind of bad that I can log in and see my order status on their site, but couldn't cancel the order from there - I had to email customer support to do that.
I have no idea how long it would have taken before they actually sent the order, which is why my score doesn't go below 3 stars.
