What can I say? A complete waste of time. Ordered a t-shirt, for Christmas present, three weeks ago, and still not arrived.
The worse thing though, is that I have e-mailed them four times just to ask if the item will arrive in time for Christmas, without a single word of response.
If they are having problems delivering, it would be irritating of course but please just let us know the situation. Especially when I try to make contact.
Ordered a tshirt on May 3rd, 7-10 days delivery the site said - still hasn't been sent (tracking says so) and costumer service isn't responding.
