Ordered 2 pairs of Emu Jolie slippers needed them next day delivery - wasn't disappointed came first thing in the morning ,have two delighted old aunties with very comfy warm feet.

I love my new Emu boots, they were a bargain price! Arrived so quickly and postage included too. I would definately buuy again from Shoe Envy and have already told my friends about the site!

I returned my boots to shoe-envy and they issued me with an email to confirm they were refunding the cost of my boots. They have not refunded the money to me. I emailed their customer services, refunds and enquiries email addresses, but have received no reply. I telephoned on several occasions and left messages on their answerphone as the phone was never answered, asking them to call me back in relation to the refund, but they neglected to do so. They still owe me £99!!!!

I bought the Otway boots. Lovely boots, sooooo warm and cosy - I went down a size. Very fast delivery and fantastic price - nearly £70 less than a certain shopping channel. I got the mushroom colour and its really nice. Also purchased Jolie slippers - got those in my size - they are a fab fit and really snu aswell. Thank you shoe envy, I will be shopping again very soon.

I'm feeling quite smug about my recently purchased boots as I've liked them for ages, but was put off by the price. Shoe Envy had them for half price, so I ordered straight away. They arrived within a few days and fit perfectly - the reviews on the website really helped decide whether to size up or down (up in this case). They're really comfortable and the leather is good quality although can mark easily.
Overall 10/10.

Just bought some lovely boots from shoe envy. Great website, communication was good and could track my delivery all the way. Bought them thursday night, despatched on Friday and delivered on Monday and the delivery was free! All in all a great service. Thank you.

Amazing company, boots were cheaper than anywhere else and in stock (so many places advertise certain boots but only have in size 2....). Placed order with FREE DELIVERY (always a draw for me and well appreciated), order arrived within 24 hours! Truly incredible.

Lots of online companies should look to shoe-envy to learn a thing or two.

Ordered the boots on-line and they came well packaged 2 days later. Sadly they didn't fit so had to send back but the pre-payment sticker makes that a lot easier as well. Would definitely use again, also the boots were heavily discounted in-line with branch shops.

I ordered the Fly London mol boots and they arrived promptly.Unfortunately they were too tight. So I emailed and got my returns code and returned the boots at my local post office for an exchange for the mes boot within a matter of days my new boots arrived an they are great! A trouble free customer service .
