Speedy delivery, just right
I used to wear Haflinger felt clog slippers constantly when I lived in the Netherlands and remembered how well they served me. (After searching around online, I realised that Shoe Garden is the official UK Haflinger shop, as it redirects from Haflinger site). I ordered felt clogs and leather sandals. Within 4 days of ordering - during covid19 - they were on my doorstep. They fit perfectly, feel great already. Partner admired the clogs so ordering a pair right now for his bday. Basically a no-fuss, pleasant and easy delivery. Thank you!

Huge Praise for their Customer Service!
I just wanted to praise Shoegarden and Claire in particular for exceptional customer service made even more special during this horrible Covid-19 crisis.
I have always been impressed by Shoegarden and the speed and friendliness of their online service, but Claire's helpfulness in sorting out a problem for me during this time of government lockdown went beyond what we expect from even the best!
I wish Claire and her colleagues the very best and hope they all stay safe and healthy.

What a great Company
Best price I found for some difficult-to-find Haflinger slippers, and when Royal Mail lost the parcel in the post, one of the Shoegarden staff (I think Sophie) called me up, apologised profusely and gave me the choice of a full refund of postage of their last pair by 1st class signed for. They arrived two days later and I love them Fantastic Service and a great product.
