Ordered a pair of shoes

Ordered a pair of shoes. 3 days later get notification order was canceled. No explanation. Said my payment was also canceled. We will see. I mean this place offers shoes for sale they DONT HAVE. Where have you ever shopped online and the business allowed for an out of stock purchase to go through? It didn't even say backorder. Nothing. Shysters.

Horrible Do Not Shop with shoe palace

Theres a lack of unprofessionalism. They will take ur money even if there is not stock available due to poor inventory management. They dont care or do anything about it. Its like a big oh well . Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND at all

This is not about Shoe Palace

This is not about Shoe Palace, but about the defective Mason Article shorts that I purchased at Shoe Palace, that I only got to wear twice, because the seams in the sitting area separated. I purchased them on 6/12/2025. I sent an email to their customer service on 9/13/2025, with no response from them.

Don't patronize this shoe store

So I purchased a school shoe on the eighteenth of September 2025, got home , tried the shoe, it was a bit too big, returned the shoe to try and get a smaller size, what a he'll I went through with the coolie cashier and the likkle boney floor girl, firstly as soon as the cashier saw the box in my had she was quick to say ( no returns without a receipt) so I and went back into my car found my receipt and returned. Now with the recipe in hand I was sure that I would have gotten some results, butt nooo, there's a sign above the cashier that reads NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT, so after checking for the size and realizing that they don't have any size 11, I was told to choose something else, I told them no ,I don't want anything else so I would like a refund, this is when the likkle boney one said we don't do refunds. I pointed to the sign and ask if it doesn't say that I can get a refund as long as I provided the relevant receipt. To my surprise I was told yes that the store policy but the boss doesn't give refunds , it gets better, now every other shoe in the store apparently cost more than what I returned, so in order for me to get something else I would have to spend more money . I understand now why it's always a slow day in that store, please people before you go into shoe palace Antigua, understand it's a dead end street , with a dumpster at the end

The online return policy sucks

The online return policy sucks! I ordered two pairs of samba adidas in which they were too big. I needed to get a smaller size and learned they do not honor exchanges and you are responsible for your on return. I paid 200 for the shoes and spent 63.44 FedEx ground. Needless to say I wish I would’ve read the reviews and I will never ever order from them again.

Bad ustomer service

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering a pair of Jordans from Shoe Palace. My package was delivered to the wrong address, even though my order clearly contained the correct shipping information. The delivery photo showed the shoes at a completely different house, which I was able to confirm with my own photos. When I contacted Shoe Palace customer service, I was initially reassured that the package had simply been misdelivered. However, I was told it would take 6–8 weeks just to “investigate” the issue. Despite providing clear evidence and making multiple follow-up calls, I received no meaningful assistance. Many of my calls went unanswered, and when I did reach someone, they were dismissive and unprofessional. It felt as though the company hoped I would eventually give up.
After waiting more than 8 weeks, I was told that the matter was up to FedEx to resolve. In my opinion, if Shoe Palace truly cared about customer service, they would have at least issued a refund, especially given the proof that the package was delivered to the wrong address through no fault of my own. Instead, I was informed that I would not be receiving either my shoes or a refund. I hope I’m not the only one who had an issue with Shoe Palace’s customer service but at the same time I hope no one has had to deal with this.

I made a purchase on this shoes palace store,but I didn't get my order,tried to contact the store never answered, never emailed u back!!I'm checking the comments and is the same situation for a lot of ppl,just don't buy nothing from this store,is gonna be a bad experience!!!this store is sucks really bad!

Paid for sneakers, never received them — no support, then blocked

I paid for sneakers at Shoe Palace and never received my order. Their customer support never replied to my emails or messages. I even tried reaching out through Instagram, but instead of helping me, they just blocked my account.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. No company that treats customers this way deserves trust. Avoid Shoe Palace at all costs.

Don’t buy stuff online at shoes palace

Don’t buy stuff online at shoes palace, I Oder shoes online it supposed to come in 3 days they tried to deliver it the first time but it did not get delivered. They told me my address was incomplete so I emailed them my address again and they try to deliver the second time and it did not get delivered so FedEx have to return it back to them, I literally waited 12 days to get my package never received it, I always use my address when I order stuff at a different company online and I always get it delivered with no problem, I will never order stuff online at shoes Palace again, I will not even give them a second chance. if you guys do wanna buy stuff at shoe Palace just get it in the store instead maybe it will be a better experience for you guys just don’t get it online…

Shoe buying Experience-AWFUL!

This is simply my experience, but when I bought the shoes for my son to arrive for his birthday last week, I was sent the shoes in a timely manner. However, they sent 2 different sizes of the same shoe and after trying to exchange them (which I sent photos of their mistake; all they had to do int he quality control phase was check the shoe size before shipping of each shoe), I am still hassling with them to send back the shoes and exchange them. Considering how long Shoe Palace has been around, their customer service has been awful and terrible. I asked to speak to a manager after the mistake and had to wait on hold for long periods just trying to speak to someone about this (not even the manager). I was told these messages would be sent to the manager after photos were received of the mistake. Their customer service told me it would take 1-2 days and this is a joke. If they make the mistake, one would think they should want to try to address as quickly as possible, not continue to have to call and wait to speak to someone to find out what the status is regarding a return label (they should sent a return label via email and I have not received one still and it has been 4-5 days since I sent the photos of the wrong shoe size). Unfortunately, my son still does not have his shoes and I am going to get my money back to spend elsewhere. A company should say we will email you a return label, send a new pair at no charge immediately. They indicated they could not overnight the shoes and they could not send a new pair until they received the old pair back, which is even worse. I did not make the mistake and they are going to make me wait thinking I am going to sell the shoes or do something against their policy. Unless you walk into a Shoe Palace location, I would not recommend buying online due to their poor customer service in how they handled this.

Backpack never left the store

Ordered a backpack my granddaughter wanted for her birthday 5 weeks in advance. Paid $80 for item and $33.03 for shipping. Fedex tracking worked for the first week then the link stopped working. Fedex kept sending updates extending delivery date by a week. By week 3-4 I emailed them days apart. No response. I called the week before her birthday they insisted it takes up to a month to get to Hawaii and that it is being transferred from Fedex to USPS and send me a USPS link. The USPS link shows they have not received package. I escalate to a Manager who leaves me a msg that it is ion its way and the agent I spoke to the day before will follow up and contact me. No call. Now birthday has came and went.Now 6 weeks later I call Fedex who state they never received package from Shoe Place which I had questioned from the get go. Manager insisted it was enroute and he could not replace or refund. I had to finally dispute the charge thru PayPal and will dispute with my bank if necessary. I ordered same backpack from other store for now inflated price of $140 plus s$10 shipping to Idaho where I will have to ship to Hawaii with tracking I trust.I believe Shoe Palace blatantly lied and refused to resolve will a replacement or a refund. Would not recommend and my family will never shop with them again.

I placed and order online for delivery

I placed and order online for delivery. Aftera couple weeks with no updates I contacted the shipper who explained they never received the order. I sent numerous emails through customer service and never received a response. I called customer services numerous times as well never getting to a live person only to stay on hold everytime for up yo an hour before giving up. Do not use this company!!

A lot of these bad reviews are cap I ordered the cough drop foamposites and some air max and they came brand new in the box no marks or anything I ordered last Friday and got them the next Friday the price is higher but it’s in California it’s expensive out there but I will continue to spend money with them

Nope. Just don't.

I ordered from their website.
Although, I don't normally order from places that don't have free shipping, but this was the only place that had the shoes my partner wanted. I thought I should order something for myself, too.
Unfortunately, the website design is awful, and I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I typically check for return policies when ordering from new places. I didn't.
And that's what brings me here. I returned the shoes. They arrived over a week ago, but still no refund. And they charge a "processing fee" for returns. So in total, I will have paid for half of what the shoes cost just to return them.
Never order from this place.

Terrible service

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Received 1 pair out of 3. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve placed my order and I have emailed and called and no one answers either the phone or my emails. No updates on shipping either. Wont ever do this again.

Very Poor Experience

I had a very poor experience in their shop at The Venetian. Purchased a pair pf shoes yesterday and had to return them cause they were a bit too small. The store manager told me I could not replace them cause I returned them without the box. I did not take the box because I am traveling today. Sadly nobody at the shop yesterday told me that without the box the sale is final. Shame on the people who work there and the company who train them.

I seriously worried about my order...

I found to great deal for 2 pair of shoes at shoe palace website and I placed an order but there customer service not satisfied cuz I didn't get a tracking # and any email for that. So I tried to contact to shoe palace but it's very hard to reached and I searched to this web store review...but it's horrible...however I can say that I didn't have any issue at this time . They shipped out my shoes in the plastic bag but shoe box was any damage and shoes are clean, shipping speed was fairly time to delivery. I am overall OK beside to contact to customer service.

First Online Experience

I was skeptical about Shoe Palace at first because I purchased my shoes from them quickly and without really giving it a second thought because they were the only retail store that had them in stock and I didn’t want to miss out. It was only afterwards that I discovered they had many terrible online reviews. So I was anxious and annoyed with myself for being so impulsive. To my pleasant surprise, both pairs of shoes that I ordered arrived fairly quickly, and in great shape. The first pair came in a cardboard box and the second pair came in a bag, but thankfully the pair that came in a bag was still in great condition. I think they should ship everything in a box however. I would’ve probably given them 3 stars out of 5 if the pair that came in the bag had been damaged, but I guess I got lucky. The shoes themselves arrived in the correct sizes and in absolutely pristine condition. I’ve been extensively researching fake versus real Jordans and I can say with 99.9% certainty that my shoes are authentic. I know some people have been concerned about that. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn’t offer free shipping. On a pair of Jordan 5 Golden Tickets that I got on sale for $139.98 the shipping cost $8.95 and the tax was $12.10 for a total of $161.03. On my second pair, which were Jordan 4 Retro White Cements I paid $225 with shipping at $10.95 and tax at $19.17 for a total of $255.12. I definitely got hit over the head on those. I’ve heard people complain that if they try to return items, it is a headache. I can’t comment on that as I haven’t had to return anything to them yet. The main takeaway for me is that I got what I ordered in great accuracy and condition. I’ll probably order from them again and if anything goes wrong, I’ll come right back here to let people know about it.

INCREDIBLE SHOP!

I have been purchasing from shoe palace and getting shoes and clothing and I have not been let down.(Shipping) it took less than a week pretty good. (Quality) incredible quality, I feel like every other online clothing store I have purchased from is bad quality but shoe palace is comfortable with amazing quality.RECOMMEND!
