I was very cautious buying shoes online having not seen them or tried them on, but item was exactly as shown/advertised and shoes arrived really fast with simple instructions and an easy process if I needed to return them, which I didn’t need to because product was exactly as advertised.

Jana Sandals OK
I have wide feet and do not find Jana Sandals as comfortable for walking in as the usual brand I have bought from you - FitFlop. They are narrower and the underfoot/instep support is not as good. I particularly wanted a pair of red sandals and these were the only ones that appealed although the shade of red is a bit drab. I hope that given time they will stretch a bit!
