Cant believe the good service

Cant believe the good service! Shoes were great and such good value. The delivery service is probably the best I have experienced only ordered yesterday and they are here today no P&P charged! Thankyou

Cushion walk shoes…

I bought two pairs of cushion walk shoes, pleased with them just needed a little stretch and now fine. Also bought slippers very pleased with price and style .

great price and quality .

The young man who served me was very helpful and cheerful .He checked stock for the next size as the 5 was snug . I am very happy with the comfort and fit as well as the quality and value for money .They had been delivered in store on the day I was given by email .

Colourful Feet for a Nan :)

I was really pleased and impressed with the canvas shoes purchased. They were bright, comfortable fit and slipped on quite easy. I have a wide foot and high instep but there was no problems. These will be great for in the house and also when out and about. They are perfect for everyday wear and look so modern.

Quick delivery. Comfy shoes. But quality has declined

Quick delivery. Comfy shoes. Only worn 1 pair so far. Purchased 6 weeks (11th July) and the material is ripped away from the sole and nearly have a hole through the bottom of the heel!! My original pair I purchased around 2yrs ago, still going strong, but grubby hence buying some more. As I love the shoes and thought I would not have to buy some for a few years. But the quality has obviously declined from then to now. Very disappointed!!

Appalling Delivery Service

Delivery service is appalling! I have told EVRI that I'm disabled, please ring my bell & required extra time to get to the door. The driver didn't ring my bell. I didn't know that the parcel has been delivered & left by the bin until I read this email. I couldn't get the parcel as I can't go down 2 steps with my walker. I had to call my next door neighbour to retrieve the parcel for me.

Lies upon lies!

Unbelievable level of false advertising. As a new customer I was promised £5 off and next day delivery. Well the £5 only applies to orders over a certain value, but at least I'll get my order quickly right! Nope. Ordered Sunday, finally dispatched Thursday, ready for in-store pick up NEXT WEEK THURSDAY!!!! Seriously? No response from customer service when you try and message. Definitely my first and last purchase from Shoezone!
