Extremely expensive

Extremely expensive, a package from Itali to Dubai with weight of 0.1kg costed me 100 dirham, about US dollars. I decided to give them another chance and got charged again over 100 dirham for 0.3kg. Also, for the other packages S$S app showed higher weight resulting in over charges.

Very poor customer service driver is very rude in flexible at all when I called aramex they told me to call shop & ship I gave them the tracking number but until now no solution the driver refused to give his number calling from a what’s up and I don’t know where my delivery is when it’s fully paid already

Excellent service

Excellent service, don't be put off by the 1 star rating - item was delivered to my door in Bahrain within 5 days. Customer Service was good, they responded to queries on the same day.

Only negative is the website which is glitchy and the process of claiming packages etc. is not very intuitive first time around.

Bad and cannot handle valid imports in India

So, the overall experience is mediocre at best. The main issue is my parcels which are normal action figures, and imported under proper invoice and payment receipts, also just 1 single quantity for personal use, are also not being handled by Aramex (shop&ship) service.

I have faced many issues around non-sense excuses form them, around not being able to handle customs.

I don't know how one should pay for their yearly fees and extra shipping + local delivery for each item, when they are not even able to handle single item import for personal use. The item is not even any special or restricted item.

Negatives:
1. No proper custom handling agent.
2. Invalid excuses for delays on their end.
3. Always issues with payment status updates with local courier
4. Expensive service in general.
5. All paper work is done by customer.

The worst experience

Absolutely terrible company! I was only using them because they forward items from France! Previously, they lost or stole two of my parcels from France, and now giving me absolutely crazy customs rates at about 15% of the value of the product shipped. Customer service reps can’t resolve any issue, and blame you for everything. And judging by the absence of replies to the negative reviews they don’t care about their customers. Your service is below zero, how do you charge this?!!! Furious!

It used to be good 8 years age. but not anymore.
My items normally took 1 days to show into my account. and now when I contacted them they informed me to wait 5 days only for the item to show into my account? so for 5 days no one knows where the hell is my item in shop and ship!! this is unacceptable.

They are horrible !!

They are horrible !!!
Kept changing the price and adding taxes and taxes without explanation.
Even after you pay everything like a fool, they don't deliver you the package !! They say they have a wrong address , even though you sent the exact location on the map and in a written form. Cheaters ! I will be taking them to customer protection department! They took money and didn't deliver anyyhing!!

"Extremely Disappointed with Customer Support"

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism and care shown by Aramex regarding my recent shipment issue. I submitted a support ticket for my shipment (Tracking Number: 9666945842), which has been delayed for days with no clear updates. Instead of resolving the problem or even addressing my concerns, Aramex closed the ticket without providing any response or explanation.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I trusted Aramex to deliver my package on time and expected proper communication when issues arose. Instead, I’m left in the dark, with no idea about the status of my shipment or when I can expect it to arrive.

If this is how Aramex treats paying customers, I will seriously reconsider using their services in the future. I urge the company to improve their customer support systems immediately and treat customers with the respect they deserve.

23 days and still no delivery

My experience with Aramex has been extremely disappointing. It has been 23 days since my package arrived at their Italy depot, and despite clearing customs in Australia 16 days ago, there has been no delivery or update. Reaching customer service is nearly impossible, and when I do, all they say is that there are massive delays. However, a 16-day delay after customs clearance is unacceptable.

This package was a Christmas gift, and I made arrangements 20 days before the holiday, expecting it to arrive on time. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I strongly advise against using this company—avoid them at all costs. Their customer service is terrible, offering no clear timelines or resolutions. Choose another courier for a more reliable experience.

US - stolen packages

I have been using Aramex SNS for more than 10 years and it seems that their service has degraded significantly. I have had 2 instances of stolen packages (stolen by Rob who works for Aramex in their US site). The folks in Middle East are of no help despite sending proof of delivery. Aramex taking no responsibility and I am out of pocket for usd400. I have also been told they do not manage their own delivery and myus.com is managing their forwarding now. I do not recommend using Aramex SNS to anyone due to the large amounts of theft by their own employees.

Works, just not as smoothly as expected

Just had my first packages delivered with shop and ship. to be clear, the service works fine. Its just that their customer service is very slow and painful to contact. Things do not get explained properly to you as a customer even if you ask the customer support via their channels.

by far the worst service provider I have ever dealt with in my life. They cannot get anything right, they are very in communication and the don’t provide solutions when they screw things up, which pretty much all the time.

Unless you wanna spend months chasing orders and write tens of times to customer care and provide the same evidence over and over again as they tend to close tickets without resolving them. Just don’t deal with them.

It’s been a constant stress and headache for the past four months and I cannot wait till I get done with my last order to delete the app and never deal with them again

I do not recommend this company

I do not recommend this company. If you want to make a purchase, it's best to visit the country directly and buy from there. Their service is poor, and their prices are unreasonable—over $100 for a kilogram. Why?!

Had a parcel delivered the UK SNS…

Had a parcel delivered the UK SNS address. Seems to have gone missing. Almost impossible to speak to anyone there. When I finally got through to someone, they told me they can't do anything and I have to speak to SNS in Singapore where I live. This despite the fact that the parcel has been delivered to them in the UK! Extremely unhelpful. It seems my package has gone "missing" or been stolen and they can't be bothered to deal with it. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
