We signed up to Shopblocks after a demonstration as it looked quite easy and my partner and I have designed our new site from scratch ourselves. Had a few minor hiccups learning the design system but the support team have picked up every time and been patient with us. Great tool, good price, recommend to all.

Shopblocks redesigned our site and helped move our data off Shopify which was painless. New site looks great and we’re very happy.

I've been using Shopblocks for over a year now and couldn't recommend it enough! My site was setup to my specifications very quickly and as a novice I find it user friendly and easy to navigate to make any changes I require. Customer service has been second to none, receiving responses promptly - even at the weekend!!!

All sounded great 30day money back guarantee, nothing to show after 30 days so extended the money back offer although they did charge my account even more money without telling me. Just under 2 months still no site! They have said I will get a full refund at the end of the month.
Advise to check extra payments taken without consent/notice!

Made my third Shopblocks site this week and really love it. Left Shopify last year due to the poor support for uk businesses and the overly basic features. Mainly using Shopblocks for the custom design tool but the manual orders bit is great and more flexible that other systems. 5*

Called me, took payment on the phone, and never heard from them again.

Looked up their contact details, called many times, several days, and no answer ! Had to call my bank to dispute the transactions.

Switched to Shopblocks from 1&1. Site was live within 3 weeks after sign up and the support guys have been terrific. The new site is a big step up for us and the feedback has been all positive.

Not enough support, no loyalty to customers. Platform probably work in the end if you are not beginners, but you cannot trust the management when you actually need their service.
I informed them I was a beginner for this kind of things. Platform was given to me with no explanation nor tutorial. People working there were not bad but not enough people, so every question took 2-3 days to get an answer. I managed to upload over 200 items myself but I needed to know how other essential matters could be arranged and all, such as payment methods, shipment, conditions, etc. Asked many times for advice but my platform never reached close enough to start opening the website. After taking over 6 weeks, their management told me that he did not want to give me a service because my competitor gave him pressure which had no legal authority to stop him for doing his job nor giving me a service. Also receiving phone calls from this competitor or me would cause troubles to his business. He said he would get back to us to have words but he never did. No sincerity at all as a business person, or even as a "person". I switched to another company who had much better customer support, and my new website was ready within 1 week. Shopblocks is not for beginners nor for competitive industries for you will not get support when you actually need one.

Rang me with hard sell from my current provider, tried free trial and it was clunky and awful to setup. I'll stick with my current provider as I didn't like the platform at all.

Shopblocks was easy to setup and we love the way it works compared to our old system Magento. much simpler and easy to use!

This would be five stars if it integrated with our accounts program quickbooks - they say only sage and xero are supported at the moment and quickbooks is in the works so fingers crossed. no big deal for us but would be nice to have invoices created in quickbooks automatically
