I am absolutely delighted with my two new sites. I wasn't convinced about moving from my old website company but I am now thinking I should have done this years ago. Everyone who has dealt with my move has been ultra efficient, incredibly knowledgeable and I couldn't be happier. My new websites are a class above and I would absolutely recommend Shopblocks. Abi, Fran & Dean are so professional, so friendly and know their stuff. I haven't had one query they couldn't answer. Perfect so far!!

Whilst some other people have had a good experience with Shopblocks, we unfortunately had a trully awful time with them. Not only did they not deliver what was agreed but they ignored our attempts to move things forward and made us feel like 'problem customers' despite our genuinely wanting to resolve things. We were caused a lot of stress and our business was greatly damaged due to the way this was all handled and we can only recommend you avoid completely. We never received an apology, or even an acknowledgement of the poor job done and our official complaint to the company was predictably ignored. Furthermore, our website was taken down without warning, leaving our customers and supporters unable to make purchases or donate to our cause. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Starting a new business I had nothing but a brilliant experience with shopblocks.
From the competitive reasonable pricing the the time scale needed to build my site. It was clear what I’d be getting and for how much from the start.

The customer service from the team who designed my site was A* and couldn’t have asked for anything more, always there to answer my questions via call or email. Thank you to Will and Fran!

I’m not very tech savvy so the support call I had with Tom was great, he gave me a walk through of the site on how I can make changes and add things if needed down the line like extra products and also how I would process orders, we done a demo run on the call so I could see everything that would happen before the site went live.

So their I am, Its the start of January after working so hard in 2021 to get my website established and sales flowing and start to see business progression, after months and months of handwork and graft it all come to a halt…
When the previous Website providers had been conning us and providing a poor quality service for months and months and months, we was asking for updates, things changed, reports etc all that we had agreed within at the signing of the contract but nothing was being provided despite being charge double what Shopblocks are charging. it went unnoticed due to my head being so focused in other aspects it all come to an alarming halt, when the work we was asking for wasn’t being provided. Cutting a long story short the website had only a week left until the old providers closed it down.

Stressed as anything after working so hard to grow and establish the business and finally have some pressure off BOOM that was it I didn’t know what to do? So I shot message out on Bark one evening at around 9pm. Where in no time at all I was contacted Luke, after speaking with Luke for around 45mins to an hour I thought what he was telling me was all too good to be true, the service this man provided and the lengths that he went was phenomenal and I as an employer would be very privileged to have this young gentleman in my work force. I explained my situation and that we are start up company etc and then that was it. The phone call ended and I was in with Shopblocks and they went to work.

In the next few days I had a zoom call with the manager Hamza and one of the website developers Kyanne where I was welcomed with open arms and this stress and pressure that I had built up just went away. The service that these two provided was extraordinary there was no stone left unturned everything was explained in full and in such a professional manor at this moment I knew I was in safe hands.

A week later another zoom call with Hamza and Kyanne showing myself the new site. WOW! The work they had done in the time frame that was given was great, Kyanne’s attention to details in making the site look fresh, clean and modern was great.
Throughout the build Hamza always went the extra mile to ensure everything that was going on was fully undertsood by myself which filled me with such reassurance.

I can honestly say that moving website provider was the best blessing in disguise that could have happened, if your looking at or thinking about working with Shopblocks then I would say do not hesitate the service that they have provided and the 24\7 support from all there team is phenomenal and you will not find somewhere that will come close to this. One extremely satisfied and happy customer and can’t stress how user friendly all the software is to use. Shopblocks will take your business from strength to strength.

Had cause to phone Shopblocks today about an email problem. Jamie, who I have had conversations with over the last couple of years answered. Really glad it was Jamie as he has always sorted out issues in the past very efficiently & quickly. Again, the problem I had was resolved within 1 hour, great customer service. Thank you Jamie, Shopblocks are very lucky to have you!!

Jamie gave me excellent service.
I had multiple changes needed on my website due a company name change plus the logo needed changing.
Jamie did all of the changes and even went to the trouble of revamping my logo to a better quality and provided me with the file for other use.

First class !!!!

I had never designed a website before, but having to embark on this experience by having some one who is full of talent and passion like Franki Dale to design our website had made a huge difference. Thanks Franki for using your passion and talent in designing our website. I really appreciate your hard work and all the effort you put in. I also appreciate your advice as I was so clueless as to this experience. Keep on the good work you are so blessed with so much talent. And once again thanks for all your hard work and every one is Shopblocks who help me.

We have been using Shopblocks since 2018, having migrated from a previous well known platform. The migration was managed by the Shopblocks onboarding team and was quick and pretty much effortless on our part. The Shopblocks platform is very flexible and has grown with us as our needs have become more complex. Shopblocks is a functionally rich platform that is easy to use so we have made most of the changes and improvements to our website ourselves. But when we have needed help the Shopblocks technical team have always been available on the end of the telephone to guide us. I would thoroughly recommend this platform for e-commerce

Very poor at the build, don't think they have any testers, 6 months down the line and my site still doesn't work as expected. Every time I try and do an upload I'm told the uploader is having issues and I'll have to wait for the developers. Simply not good enough.
You do all your work and promotion to find you can't get your products online, Customers have moved on to somewhere else.
The won't pay me any of my money back, in compensation

Wow! I'll recommend this company to anyone, rich or poor who really want to make something of their lives on the cyber space. With a little budget ShopBlocks turned my wonky-wacky website into a worldclass, interactive website that my friends and I are hyper-proud of.
I want to say a big thank you to Tom and Hamza for the regular, amazing support I get from you. This company is simply awesome. I really love you guys. Tom, I'll call you tomorrow as usual. You guys are awesome, so friendly, so helpful. I'll bring you more jobs as my company expands and recommend you to everyone I know.

Overwhelmed by the service and support Nikola and Kyanna have given us, they’ve taken a drab and boring website, turned it into something amazing and now we are proud to call it our own, nothing was any trouble to them at all, they asked what I wanted, listened and over delivered !!

My only regret is that I hadn’t contacted them earlier!!!
