I am so happy for the great work done by Shopblocks of creating me a wonderful site for our project in Uganda. The work is so beautiful and perfect at the sometime it is delivered to us on time. They are have care to someone they are working on and also good communication when they need any inform for about they are building for you.

Had a bit of a rocky start with not being able to get things done but I am pleased to say that it looks as though Shopblocks have turned a corner. So, rocky start aside, we had some exceptional service over the past couple of months in doing some stuff on our website. I found Dean in particular to be a highly skilled individual. He has been most patient, well, almost saintly, in taking on board all of my demanding requests and actioning them very promptly. Nothing was too much for him to sort out. Highly recommend. I had a great and seamless experience in getting my website designed by Shopblocks. Their team was fantastic with Nikola managing the project, Adam doing a great job with the design. They really listened to my needs, and added their ideas to improve my process and executed the project on time. Their customer service was excellent.

Their support team is very helpful. And are quick in updating the website. This helps me focus on my business.

This company is spamming me, by directly contacting all customers of their competition and asking to switch. Disgusting policy, so please do not support them. If their only sales point is to knock off their competitors products and try to do it cheaper with less support - steer well clear.

We have been with Shopblocks for 9 months now… we are very pleased with the website they built for us. The help given is prompt, helpful and personable, they have a great team. From time to time we encounter problems but they are dealt with well.

Nikola has provided great support in getting our website ready to go. Highly recommended.

This company somehow found my website and sent me a spam email asking me to move over from my current provider.

They claim to be the fastest growing ecommerce platform in the UK but this claim seems dubious if they are having to resort to sending spam emails to potential customers.

I had a look at their website and the features they offer do not seem to be anywhere near as good as my current provider. They seem a lot more expensive too. I don’t see why anyone would use Shopblocks when there are so many other better platforms available with more features for less money. 

I also looked at some websites that they advertise as using their platform. The websites looked unprofessional and cheap looking and difficult to navigate so I wonder if they have poor conversion rates, they don’t look like they’re doing very well.

I don’t want to hear from Shopblocks again.

Frankie has done an absolutely amazing job with my website couldn’t be more happy.

We have had a website built from scratch and found the whole experience very simple and stress free. Our dealings have been exclusively with Fin and Kyanna. Any questions, updates or problems have been addressed quickly and thoroughly. Requests for initial website content update or "please call me" were nearly always actioned on the same day, especially requests for a phone call. Thus far our experience has been a very positive one and we are grateful for the excellent service we have received.

Staff at Shopblocks understood our line of business and produced a design structure that met our requirements within a short space of time.

Overall, the project was completed ahead of time. We will continue to work with them for maintenance and adding latest technologies when available.

I highly recommend this company - after working with someone else I recognised how helpful - informative and fast this company is. I have always found them to be helpful and you don't have to wait for a long time for changes to be made. The cost is balanced and you can split some of the payments which fabulous.

Recently migrated my woo commerce website to Shopblocks. Finally free from the countless plugins and the useless developer who disappeared off into the sunset once I stopped paying yearly ‘design support’ fees. Which amounted to less than nothing. Happy with the move so far. Design good, site visitors has remained steady if not a slight increase. The cost was less than expected as well. My customer success manager was great throughout (completely forgot his name sorry).
