Failed to Deliver …
According to the Shipping Agent my order has been sitting somewhere at Bottom Labs warehouse since 3/9/2023. This company has no telephone or live chat customer service, so you have to keep emailing them , which I have been doing for 5 days now. I got 2 emails back telling me to be patient, but still no indication that my order has been picked up. I have ordered from Bottom lab before with no issues. I now realize that their customer service is next to being non existent and out dated by about 10 years 'emails really'. This is the last time I will order from this company they took my money as soon as I placed my order, but have literally failed to deliver . Finally my order arrived on 3/22/23 a full 17 days after it was placed . Totally unacceptable, and I probably still wouldn't have my order had I not got PayPal involved .

The clothes are sick & Support service unbelievable
I have now made 3 separate orders from this company, and I can honestly state there is no competition when it comes to service delivery, support & communication and overall quality of product.
My first order was a bit of a mission - with the sizing always a slight issue. However - Zoey was there to help out, and made the experience a walk in the park
I now have 3 pairs of momentum trousers, 2 x lounge shorts and 1 x joggers.
Somehow I mucked up the sizing on the joggers in my last order. Thankfully, Zoey was there again, at the other end of the emails, to help me out. When the returns site fell-over she stepped in and made sure things were taken care of promptly - and all this right on top of the up-coming Christmas. My package arrived right between Christmas & New Year – perfect timing
These products all slap. Absolutely love them all.
At this time of the year (December 2022) in New Zealand - the shorts are my default.
The momentum trousers are just dope for those dressier occasions

Firstly, my order was received very quickly but sadly the pants & shorts were too small. Return process was simple and actioned quickly by Customer Service. Emails were always clear and friendly. I posted the returns on 6/12 and have been notified today 12/12 that swap is happening today. Very, very happy with this outcome. I am a repeat customer and these items purchased were same great quality.

I have ordered 3 pairs of flex air pants and just to be on the safe side, I have ordered larger size, but it turned out to be very loose. Bybthe time I managed to return the product, it was one day past the 30 day return policy and once I contacted customer care, Zoey was so helpful in arranging the return and sending the the correct ones to me.

Great Customer Service and comfortable pants
The customer service is excellent and the product is good, fits well and comfortable.
Only comment regarding improvement, the company label (logo) on the inside of the pants does irratate a bit. Be good to use a differnet material or another location.

Bottom Labs has great customer service. They are very responsive to all my inquiries about products and shipping (including returns/exchanges). I bought pants which didn't fit well so I asked about product fit/sizing information and exchange/returns. Bottom Labs Representative (Zoey) provided all the information I needed in a timely manner. Overall experience was great.

Item Return / Refund
Previously, ordered a couple of shorts and chino pants, but first time ordering the flex jean. Item promptly arrived but sizing is different. Got in touch with Zoey, Customer Satisfaction Rep, and she gone through the steps for returning the item. However, the size I wanted was out-of-stock and Zoey had processed the monetary refund back to my account, which was at my request, swiftly. Whole experience is hassle free and ease of handling. Except for the fact that I need to visit the Post Office to send the jeans back. Perhaps Bottom Lab could look into it to make it seamless for the customer in future.

Just Go For It
Initially I was a bit concerned never having ordered trousers over the internet and really had no idea if I was doing it right. But they arrived today and I am so pleased with the quality of the trousers I will be Reordering some more soon. I ordered 3 pairs of the Advanced Chino Shorts 2.0 earlier this week on line. My order arrived later that week!
I was kept up to date what was happening to my order so I knew that my order would arrive as advised.

Assuring exchange experience
I ordered the size S pants which unfortunately was too tight at the calf area. I put in for an exchange and was assisted by Zoey who was always prompt and helpful.
I made a mistake in not tracking the return parcel to Malaysia which probably led to some delay in tracking it down. But Zoey also very assuring and updated me regularly.
