Excellent customer service
I will like to commend Zoey C. for her excellent service rendered. I ordered the wrong size of pants for my second order due to the size description change on the website. I reached out to customer service for assistance and Zoey helped me with the return. She even offered to refund the return shipment cost as store credits since it was the website description issue. She promptly replies to emails and assists to make the return experience great. Will definitely continue to buy from bottoms labs!

wrong size order and return and getting the right size.
i thought i was xxl, but i am xl, so had to send back..
fair cost $10.50 wish they can return me the right size fast, then again, the service in replying was fast,

Quality clothes, and wonderful customer service.
Bought some pants for hubby - Great quality clothes, very comfortable. Only thing is he was in between sizes so we sadly had to send the goods back. The customer service was super efficient, professional and friendly too! I would definitely recommend this company!

Benchmark customer service
Bottoms Lab chinos have been my trousers of choice for quite some time so much so that I recently ordered my fifth pair, unfortunately I had a senior moment and clicked the wrong box and ordered the wrong size (my bad).
The customer support team were extremely helpful and sorted it all out with a minimum of fuss and terrific response times, a particular shout out to Zoey. I am now waiting for the correct size and colour to come back into stock. Happy customer.

I ordered two pairs of pants and a pair…
I ordered two pairs of pants and a pair of shorts. The pants fit great and i've been wearing them to work every day since. They are really comfortable and seem much more breathable than my previous work pants. The shorts unfortunately were a bit too short on my long legs but I was able to return them for a full refund without too much hassle. Overall a great experience!

Great return policy
Hi
I recently bought 2 pairs of pants , unfortunately i got wrong size, the next size up was out of Stock, so i returned the ones that didn’t fit , the return process was fantastic, dropped up at local Newsagent, then received a message that parcel had been received and that refund would be processed within days.

Have not gotten the pants yet but happy with the service so far.
I have ordered 2 pants which were a little too big and arranged for an exchange. Zoey, who had attended to my case was great, always prompt. When the stock replenishment took longer than expected and highlighted that the Singapore website showed with stock, she took the initiative and made arrangements for my exchange to be fulfilled via them instead. I have not received the pants yet, but i think the experience is enough to warrant a review here.

I ordered various items. One of the items did not fit well and I wanted to return it. And get a bigger size. The service was extremely responsive and helpful and accommodating.
On a separate note, I love the clothes generally, they fit well and the quality seems to be great.

I have been purchasing shorts, long pants & lounge shorts ect from Bottoms Lab for the past 1-2 years. Very happy with the product quality and designs. They all fit so well, and very comfortable.
