I contacted customer service because I couldn't make a transfer of more than 40€ to my account. They told me that it wasn't possible to make a transfer to another European country and instantly closed my account!?!!? Is this a joke? I could have been paid by gift card, but they preferred to steal my money by closing the account.

You're not professional, I use the XL cashback site in parallel and I've never had a problem, even for payments in Europe.

I'll never use your service again and I won't hesitate to post other negative comments.

My cashback didn´t get registered, they said they will track it manually. They also told me they contacted Nord VPN. Nothin happened, one year!!! has passed. Still waiting for my cashback. I will never use them again and really can`t recommend shopbuddies!

Orders don't get registered in the cashback system and the chrome extension doesn't work. There is no support to answer requests.
I will never use it again.

Update: After publishing this review, the support answered by questions and I received the cashback.
I hope the support gets more reactive in the future. Also, I hope the chrome extension to be fixed is it's not working by now.

I have a cashback open since Begin december 2023. Opened 2 tickets but not resolved yet. Other cashback are just standing there.

Visit was recorded, but no claim. Not sure how that could have happened. I have used other cashback sites before, only it happened to me once. And now again on ShopBuddies. Is it just a scam? What a waste of time.

Signed up using facebook, earned alot of cashback and went to withdraw and just displayed error everytime wouldnt let me. Contacted support they said try logging in and out which i did only when you try logging in via fb is shows an error so now i cant even login anymore contacted support who said they where working on the problem that was 2 months ago......scam site wont let you withdraw any cashback

argue with them every time I make a purchase with tesco, its very painful as the tracking doesnt work.

the problem was solved and fixed, but the waiting time was very long.

Nothing else to say except that it's a great platform with a variety of deals and shops that you can get cashback from - which is great! Hopefully they can roll out english language option for the app but you can guess your way around pretty easily.

Everything was good! I bought something from bol.com and got my cashback immediately:))

Discovered this cashback website by chance, and haven't regretted it for a second so far.
With just a few extra clicks, you can earn percentages back on your spending at affiliated websites.
And if ever a cashback is not registered (which is an exception), it is quickly rectified - with submitting the necessary supporting documents.

Great way to save when shopping online. A nice feature and its free.

There are several interesting offers with higher cashback than other companies. I'm now waiting for my latest shopping activates to be approved. Afterwards I hopefully would be able to request a withdrawal. There are a few technical difficulties regarding sign in. I also get offers to a second email never used for this company, where I seems to have a cashback, but hope to get this solved.
