Horrible Merchant. Sells opened used items !

Ordered 2 Motorola Bluetooth headsets from Shopcell.com . I Assumed it was brand new and in retail packaging. We received them in basic easy to open aftermarket packaging. The headsets do not work. I emailed them and they put the blame on me saying that that is how they are made . Do not trust these people. You do not know what you are buying !!

Refuses to refund

After my last experience, I will never shop at ShopCell.com again. This is what happened:
I attempted to use PayPal for my most recent purchase, however the seller's "Cart" refused to proceed. I NEVER FINALIZED the transaction. In fact, I had to log off the Internet, log back on to the Internet, re-enter the website and place my order again. Because I had a problem using PayPal the first time, I paid directly with my American Express. I received confirmation of the American Express order from ShopCell. I did NOT receive a confirmation of the aborted order that I attempted to pay with PayPal. This was on 4/8/09 and the beginning of Passover. ShopCell was not shipping anything until after Passover, yet they processed payments immediately. Order #107853 (aborted order) shipped on 4/20/09. Order #107855 (Amex order) shipped on 4/19/09. With the order numbers only being 2 digits apart, it should have been caught by ShopCell as a duplicate order. Also, orders were identical in quantity and product with exactly the same ship to in a small town with an unusual name (Woodinville, WA); unlike Seattle or Los Angeles, something more common.

I was on vacation at the time they finally shipped and was having my mail held by the Post Office. Both packages were picked up on 4/27/09 by my husband at the Post Office when we returned from vacation. Order #107853 was returned to the Post Office on 4/29/09 for return to ShopCell (Return Postage Guaranteed) as a duplicate shipment. It has been over 3 weeks and ShopCell has not given me credit for the unauthorized payment and returned shipment. I should not have to pay for any shipping costs on an order that was NOT FINALIZED because their "Cart" was not working properly.

ShopCell now claims that I did not return the product (why would I need 4 blue tooth ear pieces?) and is refusing to refund my money.
