Order not received

Placed an order August 16th and never received confirmation or the item. Tried messaging customer service and no response. Very disappointed. Would not buy from again. They have my money and I never got my item.

This is the WORST company EVER

This is the WORST company EVER! Scam site! I ordered a pair of boots, they took my money and never send the item and I’ve sent countless emails. They will not contact me and they have no phone number so it’s impossible to get ahold of them. Do not buy from them

Non-Existent Customer Service

I purchased a pair of boots from this website. The boots arrived and were beautiful, however they were too tight. Therefore, I followed the instructions on the website to start the return process. I returned the item, emailed the company, and never heard back. I sent several emails as well as messaged them on the website and never received a refund! I will never purchase from this company again.

I will never buy from this company…

I will never buy from this company again! I returned a dress that didn’t work out, and I’m still waiting on my refund. Will not e-mail me back after numerous attempts and there is no way to contact them by phone. Horrible experience.

No Customer Service. Buyer Beware.

I ordered two tops from this company. They were way too small. I have tried to contact them for months about returning or exchanging. They dont write back to you.
They make it impossible to get hold of them.
Buyer Beware ! They are a company with no scruples. I got the goods on their Facebook shop. Im contacting Facebook to report them. Dont buy from this Company.

No customer service. I had a credit with shophearts.com and I was unable to use it so at this point I guess I am out the money there's no phone number to contact them and they certainly do not jump to respond to any emails

No response about my return

I liked this shop till I needed to return my item. (I have purchased multiple times before with no issue but I also never had to return an item before). I asked for a return label but it took a few days for them to get back to me. I was headed out of town and I wanted it taken care of before I left. So I did my own label and shipped it back to the address provided. IT has been almost a month since my tracking shows it delivered and still no refund. Website says up to 10 days. I waited for that 10 business days and Have since been emailing them with no replay back. I have tried social media and the message box on their site. again no response from this company. There is no phone number to call and I am afraid I am going to be out the money since I have sent it back and have gotten no response from the company.

Terrible customer service and quality

The item was of poor quality and when I went to return it, I followed their instructions and paid $50 in return shipping for a $60 dress and they are telling me they won't refund shipping costs. How is that possible?? I'm so angry about this. And TERRIBLE customer service!

Per our email on 6/1/21, when you reached out to us - We have never received a return that has costed this much to ship back before so we emailed you back that we will accept the receipt and we would review the info to see if there is anything we could do to help achieve a resolution, even though our policy states we do not refund return shipping fee. We understand each return is a case-to-case basis and act upon it as so to achieve a resolution that will be most customer friendly.

We received your return back on wednesday 6/2/21 and it is in queue to be processed by 6/4/21 in which we will be emailing a courtesy store credit to help with the return fee that was suggested and charged by your local post office's clerk.

As our policy states, return shipping fee are not refunded. We're unsure why your local usps clerk would even recommend for you to ship back our return using an express 1 day for a fee of $50, especially when we offer a 30 day refund policy (your order was delivered mid may), on a $60 dress.

We offer multiple solutions to help our customers with shipping returns such as 1) free return labels for store credit or exchanges, 2) pre-paid shipping labels to be deducted from the total refund, and 3) our customer can choose their preferred carrier and speed to return should they feel our other two cost-friendly options do not work out in their best interest. This was the option you've chosen for your return and again, mind-blown as to why the clerk would ever recommend to return your order using 1 day express as #1 option versus regular priority/first class to return a dress.

We hope this review and reply helps, not only yourself for future orders with us or any other store, but also any of our future customers - 1) please do reach out to us/any store for help if you ever get charged $50 to return a dress, do not pay the $50 fee USPS wants to charge and reach out to us/the store to see if there are any other options instead. 2) Never return any returns for any store using express shipping as most stores do not offer refunds on return shipping fee. If it is a lightweight item (such as a single dress), request for USPS first class when available (under 1LB) and for USPS priority (over 1LB) when not. Those two options will be more cost-effective than UPS ground/FEDex ground/UPS 2 day air/FEDex 2 day air/USPS express shipping. We are lenient on late returns if it's returned in a timely manner - no need to rush the return back home, especially if will cost you a significant amount.

Excellent experience with Shophearts!

Excellent experience with Shophearts!! Ordered boots .. too small.. Followed their directions and ordered a new pair, half size larger .. sent an email requesting a return mailing label along with an explanation about the boots being a little too small ... got my label the next day .. Waited to get the new pair and took the others to UPS.. a breeze to return and another day or 2 had my full refund to PayPal!! THANK YOU SHOPHEARTS.. I LOVE MY BOOTS!!!

According to you my packet should've taken 2 months to reach me, due to covid19. Since 2 months now have passed and I've still not received my order I will yet again ask for a refund.

Warning scam

Warning! scam company, they will take your money and not send the item you ordered. They also don´t respond to e-mails. I ordered a jacket on 29th of May, it is now the 13th of June and I´m still waiting. I´ve sent an e-mail asking for a full refund, they´ve not even responded to that.

Shophearts is Amazing!

This shop is super trustworthy. Not only is shipping super fast but it is also free in the US! I am never disappointed with the clothes or shoes; however, the returns are super easy. The only time I had to return, though, was when a dress I ordered did not fit. The return process was super simple and smooth, no problems at all. Will order more than once!

I purchased a pair of leather boots and…

I purchased a pair of leather boots and was under the impression that the price I was looking at online was in CAD only to find out later that it was not. Then it took almost 1.5 months to arrive and had major problems.with UPS understanding my address. Also had to pay customs charges which was not posted on site anywhere. And the boots that were delivered to me were not the size I had ordered and now I cannot get in contact with anyone to exchange or return. I have emailed the support link and still have not heard back after 2 weeks. Very disappointed and unhappy. So now I am stuck with boots that I paid double the cost of and that are of no good to me as they are the wrong size. Terrible service!!!

Our company is located in Southern California so all of our prices are in USD. We received a call from UPS in April (4/22/20) stating you had refused custom duties and taxes charge, in which UPS would return the product back to us. That was OK with us, as we would refund the order once it arrives back home. However, it appears that the duty (this is charged by individual countries and not by us) was paid afterward. UPS had it delivered instead. This information can be found in our 'international' link and our 'shipping + taxes' link on our website.

This review states that we had mailed out the incorrect size, however, the correct size was mailed out. We received an email from Meghan stating the pair was too small and she wanted to exchange it, not that we had sent her the wrong size. We inspect all orders prior to shipping them out, so we had requested for pictures of the incorrect size that was mailed out and stated that we would take care of the mistake, if it was indeed incorrectly mailed out.

A size 37 EU was ordered and a size 37 EU was mailed out. A size 37 EU was received back home. The correct size was mailed out. The incorrect size was ordered. An exchange was offered. A full refund was processed.

We emailed her back stating we would process the exchange, free of additional charges. Customer replies back that she had already gone and returned the order. As a courtesy, a full refund (including original shipping paid) was refunded. Order was received back to our warehouse on 6/2/20 and a full refund was processed on 6/3/20.
