If you buy in Canada where they have stores, they apparently ship from the US and 40 order has about 100% in customs via UPS. What a scam, told UPS to take it back.
NIGHTMARE
My boss had a NIGHTMARE of an experience last year in which she never received her order days before Christmas, but I decided to give it a try myself this year. I was just on their website, putting together a shopping bag. When I clicked on my shopping cart to review my order, an item suddenly became unavailable. I was JUST about to check out too. This is tantamount to going to a store, placing something in your cart, and having someone steal that item out of your cart. It's just as well...I would've regretted overpaying $40 for a lounge pillow anyway. And who knows if I would've received my order, considering the experience my boss had.

I cannot tell you how many times they advertise something finally at a decent price and then you click to order and they are completely out! How can you continue getting away with this? I guess it will take another class action suit to stop your false advertising. Baiting me in does not lead me to buy some other merchandise, it makes me not want to even waste my time at your website. I found a cute LSU hoodie that my daughter has been wanting and you advertise it on sale for cyber Monday at 9.99 and you have zero in stock. This occurred with several items you are advertising.

I am extremelly disaponited. Not only I paid $15 for shipping when I order it online, but I had to pay another $30.00 when it was delivered!! From a $39.90 pijamas, I had to pay CAD $103.00! Never ever will I order from Justice again.

today a friend and I, went to justice in Flemington. But we were stopped by an employee at the entrance, who told me I could not enter because she thought I was a boy. I happened to have short hair, and was wearing a t-shirt and basketball shorts, but this is the style I choose to wear. The staff did not know how to process credit card payment, they made me to try all my card and even we called bank and bank informed me they never received transaction. But justice simple saying everything is fine from there end. Not sure how the transaction declined without reaching branch and they were not at all helpful. I will never shop there again.
P.S. after came out from justice I was able to use my card all other shops without any issue.

To whom it may concern,
I just purchased over 80 dollars worth of merchandise from your store in Greenville, RI. I attempted to use my coupon that I received in my email LATE yesterday afternoon (4:09pm) that stated if your total was over $75 dollars you could receive $25 dollars off! Apparently that was only good to use until 5:38AM today IN-STORE! A lot of girls enjoy and WANT to shop at your stores, however your prices are outrageous and the customer service is severely lacking!! They refused to even attempt an over ride and we less than helpful. I will be sure to spread the word to fellow mothers whose daughters like or shall I say “liked” to shop at Justice. I’d rather spend my hard earned money on a company that deserves it and is loyal to making their customers feel like they are number one!!

A friend was staying with me for a few days and took his granddaughter to a store. They insisted on a local address so he gave them mine. Now they keep spamming me with catalogs. You call "customer service" (sarcasm intended) and you get put on hold for several hours. They never pick up the phone. This morning I called again and their machine said the expected wait time was 78 minutes. I guess they can't pay enough to their East Indian customer service people to get them to actually answer the phone.
DO NOT give these people your info or they will keep spamming you. I called the store and they said they can't do anything but add you to the list. You have to call customer service to take them off.

I just got off the phone with a representative by the name of Kenderia. I asked how she spells that, as i make notes when calling to pay my bills who i speak with. We even traded a few laughs with how people have to ask how to spell our names..great personality!! She was very pleasant..even asked how my Tuesday was going. I placed an order 8 days ago and it still shows processing. The sale amount was put back in my account. I did a live chat where I was told I needed to call accounts verification and was provided with a number. I called and was told my order was sent and I was placed on hold. Another lady answers and asks how she can help me. I was confused and explained that I was told my order shipped. She said no, on the tail end it shows not shipped. She sent it to some department expedited and said I should hear back within 24-48 hours. I am so frustrated with my first online order with justice and will NEVER place an order with them again.
