So disappointed that Justice have…

Terrible Customer Service!
So disappointed that Justice have forgotten and failed to provide customer service. I will not be spending my hard earned monies at Justice Stores any longer, which at the end saddens me since my tween girls absolutely love they’re styles.
I ordered two backpack bundles last week when the promotion was advertised. Two days later I receive an email to notify me that 3 of the 10 items weren’t available. Why would you all advertise a sale without having enough merchandise? I was livid because I ordered at 9Am on the day the promotion was advertised. I tried several times to call customer service to propose cancelling the entire order or send me three different items and I will personally hunt down the same pattern at one of the local store. Guess what people? I waited on hold 56 minutes and finally hung up. Called back umpteen times to no avail. I received the items yesterday and fyi I will be returning the entire order. I’m heartbroken that I have to break down the news to my daughters – they were so excited about the patterns they got to choose.

Employess are awful

I'm black - my daughter and I Went into our local Justice store in Opry Mills Mall. We walked in, and immediately went toward the shoes on the far left wall. As we walked past the employees one of them said "she's probably stealing". I ignored it because I knew we were not. We looked at the shoes and when we turned around all three of the employees were standing together in one spot directly behind us staring at us while other customers who could have been stealing walked around unmonitored. I politely took my daughter by the hand and we left the store. We went to Journeys Kidz and bought shoes. The worst customer service ever.

Binder for my daughter!!

I bought $192 worth of clothes today from our local Justice store and they were super nice IN store. They did not have the free binder to give my daughter so they told me to call customer service and they would send me one for her. Well I called customer service and they were not helpful at all. They told me even though after spending all of that money today that they would not send me a binder. It’s a binder people!!!! You all get over a million dollars a year at your store!!! All my daughter wanted was a binder since I spent a lot of money in your freaking store!!! Manager I spoke to was very rude and hateful!l and it’s ridiculous that after I was told you would send this to me at our store that you don’t have the courtesy to send one damn binder! Money hungry people that is what you all are is a bunch of money hungry nuts!!!!! How dare you do that to a poor 8 year old girl!!! Shame on you!!! I will take my $192 elsewhere!!!

Over all terrible customer service

Over all terrible customer service. I live 2 1/2 hours from the closest justice store or my daughter loves to shop. We made a trip yesterday to the store and they were having an awesome deal but didn’t have a lot in her size so this morning I went online to find out that the sale was only in store so I called customer service only to be told the stores can do what they want but the customer service would not honor it online even though I live over 2 1/2 hours away. So we will not be shopping there ever again

Humiliated

I went to a Justice store to buy clothes for my daughter one day and something in the store (a smell perhaps) made my daughter immediately sick. I had already purchased several outfits and was about to walk away from the counter when this happened. The girl working in the store said to me, “Ewww, are you going to clean that up?!” I said, “Well, I don’t really have anything to clean it up with, can you call the janitor?” The janitor was called and came with a bucket and cleaner and they made me (a paying customer) get on my hands and knees in the middle of the store and clean up the small amount of vomit using a bucket and scrub brush. People were staring at me and my now crying child because she was embarrassed while the teenagers behind the counter snickered and the janitor stood watching me do his job! I returned my purchase and never shopped there again!

Started shopping Justice over a year…

Started shopping Justice over a year ago and I can honestly say this retailer sucks big time and it's consistent across all platforms. If it isn't the constant cancellation of items from my order, it's them forgetting to include items,
sending incorrect items and sizes and even totally forgetting to include justice cash/coupons which were earned on my online orders. I signed up for their credit card about 10 months. What a joke! After my orders were declined I was told the credit card only had a $500 limit!! I mean seriously?!! My cards have a limit of $10, 000 or more.
I signed up for their rewards program and never received the stated $10 reward after spending well over $200 o one order. I was informed by customer service that you don't get points for gift card purchases. What gives with these people. It's been over a year and I still maintain my position, Justice sucks!!

I used to shop at Justice all the time

I used to shop at Justice all the time. I have 2 daughters. For my daughters graduation from elementary I mistakenly thought she would want a gift certificate from what up to this point had been her favorite store. Only to find out that she did not. 3 days later I took the gift card which I had paid with a debit card / same as cash only to be told by the store they would not give me a refund. That they would mail a check in 11 days. Not only did that curtail my ability to purchase my granddaughter's graduation gift in a timely manner. There was absolutely no reason with all of the documentation, gift card receipt, debit card it was purchased on that this store could not extend decent customer service. I am appalled at this b.s.

I love the fact that justice pants come…

I love the fact that justice pants come in the right size for my daughter. On the other hand, I bought her a cute pair of slip on shoes with a unicorn on them for Easter this year... both shoes already has a hole in them. Very disappointed; it would have been nice if she would have got to wear them longer. I've decided to never purchase shoes from justice anymore.

Great Customer Service and cute clothes

My experience at Justice in Connecticut - Justice is a great place for young girls to explore their style. The company is passionate about having great customer service. At Justice, you're paying for what you get, usually. They best quality items are leggings, swimwear, jeans, and their fashionable clothes in their style studio collection. Their jewelry and pj's are not great. Many girls love justice and they have really great benefits for Club Justice members. The best deals are flash sales, additional percentages offs on clearance, and if there's ever 40% off the store. If you're signed up for emails, they send you coupons that are good for a long time but you just have to remember to screenshot or print it out or else it will get lost in your email.

Horrified that justice sells tall wedge heels for children

I’m absolutely horrified that my 12 year old daughter came home with runners from justice that have a wedge heel!!! A tall wedge too!! When did it become acceptable for Justice to encourage little girls to be sexy in anyway ... high heeled runners are not for children. They are made shinny and have wings obviously made for little girls but with a wedge heel!!!! Why??? She bought them with her aunt present and now is upset with her parents because she can’t wear them!!
Absolutely ridiculous and the reason we will never allow her to shop there again.
Like Not cool Justice! You should be encouraging children to be children!

First you never want to get a card…

First you never want to get a card here! I let my daughter in Jhs y’all me into getting a petty dept store card.., mind you I’m a major card holder with American Express etc all my cards have 50,000 and over! This company said they gave the max allowed which was petty when all their merchandise is kind of pricey.., that wasn’t the problem.., this store is rude customer service is rude and shipping take’s forever. If you have any issues the customer service 800 number or local store will snap on you! The sale’s associate’s are a liability to the company! I found a new store for her and they really earn my business with respect and courtesy! Beware for those building credit start with Macy’s! this place is not good and they are scamming card holder’s with high interest even with excellent credit! No thanks!!

Disappointed Parent

I had to Rate 1 star to even write this or else I wouldnt have rated this company. I brought a dress for my daughter which she wore once. Thank god she wore it before we washed it...I followed the instructions exactly right down to the ironing. When it came out of the wash ironing was a must it was so wrinkled. When I was done, there were iron prints all over the dress. I called and they told me there was nothing they could do!!! This place is a rip off! Clothes are for 7-10 year old divas who dont care that people know their clothes are from Justice!!! Too many llamas and unicorns! Wont ever ever shop here again!!!

I would never spend my money at Justice…

I would never spend my money at Justice ever again. Ordered my daughter clothes on November 23, 2018, during Black Friday 2018, as of today December 10,2018 there’s still no clothes. I emailed them about my order and it to 72 hrs later for them to respond just to tell me they sent it back to the warehouse because of the address was reported wrong....how!?!? So, they told me steps to recover my items or get a store credit when I finally spoke to someone the lady informed that everything except 2 items wasn’t in stock so find similar items call back within 24hours give them the item numbers they would take the 60% off and credit me for what I paid for or either I would have to wait 4-6 weeks to wait on my refund. So I called back couple hours later talked to two people the first person only got my name and we got disconnected and the second person made it seems as though I was gettin free clothes even though they sent the items back to the warehouse. The suppose to be supervisor Randy No Last Name was so calm but rude with her attitude and sarcasm. She didn’t attempt to prentend to her or find a solution she repeated herself 5times about a refund that suppose to take place 4-6 weeks from now and Christmas in 15 days. I ask to speak to her supervisor in which his name is Peter if that’s his name or her supervisor and she proceeded to be more rude as if I was some dumb customer. If I could reach through the phone I would have snatched her soul. Never will I spend my money at Justice thanks to Randy

Online is a joke just go to the store

If a zero was here I would rate it that way.
Placed order online never showed up given a return with no tax given back.
And no compensation. For waiting a entire week extra for an order that never came with a correct address on file.
Get this the rep blamed UPS just sad never again online that is.
