This past holiday season i ordered nearly $1000 worth of products from Justice.com as my daughters LOVE this store. However the order on line pick up in store has debuted my account 8 times for items that were NEVER in the store available to for me to pick up. It has been the worst nightmare. The store manager Made more effective calls I’m assuming because i was refunded the money on a merchandise card which i was okay with. Now here we are in January and those 8 charges they refunded me for, I’m being charged AGAIN. You would think after the 10

I bought Christmas presents in the fall…
I bought Christmas presents in the fall (September) as an early start to Christmas shopping - but some sizes didn’t work come December. They didn’t allow me to return these item with my receipt - don’t have a holiday item exclusion for their 90 day policy - so I am stuck holding the bag. This is VERY disappointing as I do a lot of shopping at justice but I will avoid shopping there online now. Unsatisfied and now a formerly loyal customer....
Very upset with justice
Very upset with justice , my husband and I are senior citizens and go to flordia october , november and part of december. I do all my shopping before then for christmas. Well surprise Justice has a 90 day return no matter what so all christmas clothes would not even be given a gift card for.

Super disgusted with Justice! I ordered items for Christmas! Ours was a few days late.... ordered online chose store pick up! It was supposed to be available December 26th! Perfect just in time! EXCEPT ITS 1-2-2020 and I STILL DONT HAVE MY ORDER! The store has been very rude, they act like I’m an inconvenience!

I placed an order on 12/01/2019 for 13 pieces so I two different tracking numbers. I received the smallest package on 12/09/2019. And was supposed to receive the other item today 12/10/2019. After research my tracking number I saw that it was returned to sender per senders request.I called and spoke to three different representative. A customer service rep and two supervisors that basically said Oh well you’ll get a refund once we get the package back. No empathy what so ever. These items were Christmas items to my daughter. The young lady said you can purchased them again. Now there out of stock. The second young lady said you can wait until the come back in stock. The gentleman said it was not justice fault it’s UPS or the post offices fault. None of this is my fault. And I don’t feel like I should have to spend more money and not know if it’ll happen again or not. I am extremely unhappy with justice. I have never had this problem and has always received wonderful customer service. This is unexpectable. I don’t think I would ever buy anything from them again.

Not bad to be honest, only thing was that the hair tie I brought for my daughter broke in 5 minutes! Dress is very good quality. Would be happy to shop here again.

I had items delivered to my old address. We went to that address and the family said they had one package but not the other. when I notified Justice they didn't even flinch and resent out the missing items. I cannot tell you how GREAT the customer service is. Thank you Justice and it just makes me want to keep buying from them and being a loyal customer
Excellent quality stuff
I bought a $20 lunchbox for my daughter and she stained the bottom of it. My wife washed it and it looks it's brand new. Their stuff is expensive but GREAT quality!

This company doesn’t deserve 1 start. My daughter loves this store and we normally shop in the store but nowadays you get a bigger discount online, So, online I’m shopping for a coat and find it available at a store 30 minutes away so I buy it online stating we are picking up at that store. This is 7am with two stores 1 minute from each other. Mall and one outside the mall. The store I arrive at shows I placed the order and I’m at the right store but the coats at the mall so rather than bring to coat over they send the manager over to help the new girl. They sell me another coat and tell me the other will be refunded when I don’t pick it up after they get it to the correct store. I don’t trust them so I call customer service since they don’t allow you to cancel your order online. After being on hold 27 minutes the very young customer care rep gets rude and hangs up so now I’m sitting on hold again. Waiting for round 2. Horrible service horrible!!! 2nd phone call waited 25:45 and Christina refused to put me through to a supervisor and hung up!! I spend or did spend $1,000. A yr with this company for school yr and Christmas. Not anymore!!
If you don’t want to waste your money stay clear!
Look I said to my parents! Whilst on a family holiday in Florida the pink tween logo beckoned me to come in. I found it a huge disappointment, I used most of my holiday money on two T-shirt’s! Justice clothes wash horribly and come out of the washing machine covered in bobbles and tats. After two washes they became my in the house tees. The accessories are ok but are horribly overpriced. I don’t recommend to anyone.

I would give Justice negative ZERO stars if I could. The worst ordering experience I have ever had. Immediately after placing my order I realized that I forgot to use my Justice Cash. (Which is only good for 3 days!) After searching everywhere on their site to find a cancel order option I finally found the only option to change or cancel an order was to call. And it said only within 30 minutes after placing the order. Well, searching for the info to be able to change or cancel took 10 minutes. Then after calling and being on hold for over 20 minutes my order was already being “processed” and it couldn’t be cancelled or any discounts added. The Representative suggested that when I receive the order I can call and then they can apply discount..well that will conveniently be more than the 3 days that the Cash is dated. So it will be expired. I’m sure Justice wa to me to either shop or place another order and use the discount. But that won’t be happening..I will be returning my package as soon as it arrives and will never shop at Justice again! I also asked to have the “FREE” tote bag that was advertised while I was shopping (if you spend over $50) but conveniently didn’t show up as I placed and paid for my order. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are the next company to go out of Business if this is how they treat their customers!

This company hasn't earned even 1 star from me, but I have to do a star in order to review. Place my order, charge my bank the following day and received and email 6 HOURS AFTER the 30% off everything online sale ended- stating "Whoops your order was cancelled please call so we can place your order". I called, to fix my order and in return the lady was rude on the phone stating she cannot tell me why it was cancelled (after it was charged) for 24-48 hours. Explaining this to my husband and she's yelling at me in background. I asked the lady if I should just go back online and re order and let them refund me the last amount (she said 5 business days).... she said "No because it will be cancelled again"- I don't understand why it was cancelled begin with, also why she is so sure it will be cancelled again? I will NEVER do business with these guys online or in store again. TJ Maxx and stores like it have plenty of this brand.

this store is without a doubt a gift from god. it helped me kick off the 6th grade year with style. the bedazzled jean jacket i got for the first day really go heads turning, and don't get me started on me sequin skirt. i love all the graphic tees. they're probably my favorite. all the inspirational/ quirky quotes such as "i don't need the dramallama" really got me through the year. i'm excited to wear my new off-brand rainbow converse tomorrow to school

If I could leave zero stars I would. It has been almost 2 months since I signed up for the credit card and still have not gotten it and have spoken to customer service at least 5 times when 3 of those times they said they were going to send one. Have checked and double checked my address is correct with them and every time I call “it must have been over looked”. This is absolutely crazy
Will never shop here again
The online exchange policy, or lack of is ridiculous, the managers are rude and callous. Don’t buy anything from this store online! The sizing is inaccurate and they have the nerve to tell you no exchanges for online orders. Many customers are shopping online now, please update your online exchange policy. If Justice goes bankrupt, these mean and nasty managers and employees will be looking for employment. Please value the customers you have left, we don’t want to spend money with disgruntled employees, mediocre quality clothing, and a rigid exchange policy.

We went in the store my cousin accidentally touched the sign and I think it was the worker she was white blonde hair and kinda tall she told my cousin don’t touch that that will fall I toled my cousin not to touch it and that lady got mad bc I told my step mom I think she was being racist and she was really rude
