I went to the justice in Edgewater Mall…

I went to the justice in Edgewater Mall in Biloxi,Mississippi to get my daughter a new bathing suit and a few clothes and they didnt have any clothes in her size like they normally do so I asked the lady if they had any in my daughter size and the lady laughed and said this store doesn't sell plus size anymore and my daughter looked at me and her dad with a crushed look on her face she is lucky my husband grabbed my arm and said let's just leave we wont be coming back here anymore be/c I was about to slap the daylights out of her so for now on Justice will no longer get our business since they want to employ people like this and we have been shopping there for years it use to be her favorite store to go to.

Worst customer service ever

I went into the Justice Retail Store located inside of the Oglethorpe Mall in Savannah, Ga on June 27, 2020 about 3:30pm. I was not greeted with "Welcome to Justice" like most stores, instead I was greeted with "Y'all don't have face masks?" I responded back "No, we need a face mask now?" So the lady that looked like she has Alopecia said "Well, no but you just can't be near the other customers in the store." So, first of all I don't work there so what am I? So then I asked her about the sales for the tops and bottoms for $8. The lady responded by saying we don't have sales in which I know she was lying because I was there Friday and I brought a couple of outfits for my kids. So I left cause I didn't wanted to start a scene or bring attention to myself. If the store was suppose to be practing social distance the lady with alopecia sucks at her skills because all those people that was in Justice no way on this earth you could stay at least 6 feet away from anyone and if a mask is require someone need to be standing at the door enforcing it instead of yelling it out across the store. Shame to say I prefer to shop at the Justices at the Tanger Outlet than the one located inside of the Oglethorpe Mall because of that lady, she sucks at customer service skills.

Horrible customer service
They take my Payment 14 days AFTER making a purchase but almost a month for a refund
I decided after this last order I’m taking my business elsewhere. Not worth the headache anymore

I use Justice all the time

I use Justice all the time. The clothes are so cute for my girl personality but, I ordered Justice press on nails and no matter what I do, they fall off. I am using glue and they still are falling off. Once again I love there clothes, shoes, and so much more, but if your going to make nails, make them so they actually work. Please get a better working glue so we can enjoy these amazing designs!

My Favorite Store

Let me start off with this is my favorite store ever. It has amazing, totally fashionable clothing options! I am so upset I don't have the money to buy everything. I am a super trendy and fashionable girl, and I know how to rate clothing stores. This is definitely 5 star clothing material!

If I can I would give zero or negative…

If I can I would give zero or negative stars. Customer service is so bad and hostile to customer. We bought a lot of stuffs from their website therefore earned lot of rewards then they closed our accounts so we can't use the rewards. Kept cancelling orders and we lost our rewards due to their cancellation won't issue the rewards back. No help on a damaged shipment. Asked us to file claim with ups instead but ups said there is already a claimed filed by justice. I have never dealt with a company that has such a bad attitude and grudge towards customers. Treated us like thieves while all we did was paying them money and made purchases. Please stay away from this brand.

They have no customer service to speak…

They have no customer service to speak of. Chat is off, no one answers the phone and I have emailed them at least 10 times with absolutely no response from anyone. Last year I placed an order and at the same time my cc was compromised. My bank put everything on hold for me to approve for which I approved Justice and no one at Justice ever apprised me of any issues. A lil while after that I placed an order and got a “whoops your order can’t be placed” email. So after 6+ emails and a few phone calls I was told the issue was the aforementioned charge and that they fixed everything and I was promised that my account was fine and I can place orders with no issues. Well I guess they didn’t fix it like the promised because I tried to place an order and got that same “whoops” email. I am now 10 emails in to them with no response and nobody is on chat or phones and they can’t blame it on the current health situation as their service was terrible before this.

Not happy at all with justice at all recked my kids birthday

Not happy at all with justice ! My daughter who is only 9 got a gift card for her birthday from an aunt! She was so excited to order some new clothes! So we put in an order on 5-14-2020 on top of the 100.00 gift card I added my card to it to pay the difference. We placed the order and my husband came home from work saying that they charged my card and not the gift card so I called them they told me that they could cancel the order and I would have to re order the clothes again. Well hey didn’t end up canceling the order so I have to call them again. They told. Me they would refund me the extra charge and to keep what they shipped they even sent extra clothes.so that made me happy . My daughter got a bunch of stuff the other day . Now for the worst part last night my husband told me that justice charged us 134.00 for an order that me didn’t place .so I called them they took forever to pick up the call. they took my info and went on to say that my info I was giving them. Match the order . They wanted to speak with everyone in my house hold including my 9 year old daughter who was already up set at what was going on. I told her I didn’t want her talking to them. She put me on hold came. Back and said. I would have to wait for the order mind you that we didn’t order and then on our own time to ship it back then they would refund us. My husband to to call them back so I called again a lady came on the phone and said we can’t help you call back in the morning so I called again and got the same thing told to me about my order so my husband got 9n the phone all they told him was That we’re not going to cancel the order on a mistake that they made and wanted to just give us a gift card with the amount they charged us for the order my husband is not happy he isn’t going to ship any of the extra stuff back and told who he was talking to that justice lost on line and in store shoppers we will not be shopping with justice ever again thanks justice for recking a 9 year olds birthday she doesn’t even want to shop with justice anymore.

another horrible review

another horrible review! they should be out of business for their horrendous customer service! you can't get through to customer service by phone, the chat line asisstance SUCKS, providing nothing but misinformation to cancel an order. i placed an order in the very beginning of May, it's now May 20th and today i received a package with only one of the 3 items i purchased. they waste no time in charging the credit card but have taken almost 3 weeks to send ONE item on the order. Turns out the other 2 items are still not processed... and therefore haven't shipped. i said to CS rept. Rebecca K.to then cancel the remainder of the order - at first she said she couldn't do it... then said she could send an email to make the request, but wouldn't provide a reference number of my instructions to cancel the order.... WHAT ABSOLUTE HELL TO GO THROUGH for just a few articles of clothing.
It is no longer worth the hassle to shop there, especially online.
They blame everything ... their customer service being down, the chat limited capabilities, shipping, processing of orders, everything on COVID. but there are plenty of other retailers that got their act together and are sending orders with no or minimal delays.
DON'T SHOP ONLINE OR YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR ORDERS AGAIN.

Very unhappy customer.

Very unhappy customer.
I ordered some fun summer clothing for my daughter, had to wait 3 weeks for it to arrive. Some items were too small so I placed a return and reordered. The return was received and an email confirmation was sent on 4/27/20. It is not 5/18/20 and I still have not received the funds for the return. Customer service didn’t have an answer for me and told me they were submitting my question to a supervisor and to “look for an email” within 48 hours. It’s closing in on a month and I will be filing a fraud claim with my bank if they cannot resolve within the 2 days promised.
I will never order from Justice again.

I agree with the shipment complaints..

I agree with the shipment complaints... My daughter and I ordered a week ago and there hasn't been any change in the order status. It still says the order is processing. I understand that things are a bit slower due to covid-19 but a week and the items not even being shipped yet is very unacceptable to me. I contacted Justice and the response I got back was check back with them if it hasn't shipped by May 15th. Are you freaking kidding me?
My daughter's disappointment each day is causing this mama to become more and more frustrated. My daughter earned the money that she used to order her items. If my 10 year old daughter can continue to work and be responsible durning this time why in the world can't the Justice company with their shipment issues. A small delay of a few days is acceptable... a week or longer is not!

Brian Lynch should not require his customers to fund his revenue...have spent thousands of dollars with Justice...however with recent on line order found out how poorly this business treat their customers. Recieved partial order. The second part was sent however never delivered. Total charges were charge for complete order. Upon contacting customer service they could not credit for articles not received. Told had to wait until they received the articles back due to their error than wait 3 to 4 weeks for credit. I believe funding Mr. Lynch's revenue stream sound be not his customers responsibility.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I received the worst customer service over the past few days from this company. An $10 off code was sent out and I used it and my order was canceled. This is not the 1st time my order has been canceled with you guys. This happened a few months ago as well. I emailed to inquire about what the issue is and NO RESPONSE. SO fast forward to the 12th I received the code and placed an order. The next day I receive the same generic email saying their was an issue with the order and it's not being processed. So I live chat to see what the issue is and the rep says she will honor my $10 code just call to place and order. So I call and the phone rep says she has to escalate the issue to see why my orders are canceling and I will receive a response in 48 hrs. So here it is Wednesday the 18th and guess what NO RESPONSE! So I call again just to have the rep say the coupon code emailed to me by your company is showing as invalid. How! When you emailed it to me. When I stated that to her she placed me on hold multiple times just to say she would have to escalate the issue again to see why the coupon is not coming up as valid. At this point I'm livid and will never give Justice another dime

I can only rate a 4 because your…

I can only rate a 4 because your clothing line should be a little more versatile. My daughter loves to shop here, which we do on a regular basis. However ALL kids are different shapes and sizes. You have Plus sizes, and Slim sizes. My daughter need bottoms in Short length. Will you ever have “Short” in your sizes? So for right now we can’t purchase jeans, I’d just like to do all my shopping at one store . But we KOVE your store!

GO TO THE STORE INSTEAD OF THE WEBSITE

I would reccomend actually going to the store instead of buying from their website, tons of people had their order late, not gotten the correct order, or not even gotten an order from their website. Just please go to their store instead of ordering from their website

I've spent an incredible amount of money in their stores. I recieved a 10$ coupon after spending another ridiculous amount of money. I had to wait a month to use the coupon till after February or January 31st to be exact. I have more going on in my life then paying attention to fine print and did not notice the coupon lasted a whole 4 days. I went to buy some pants on February 4th and the coupon was expired. One would think a coupon you had to wait a month to use would last at least a week. This is not a good way to keep customers!

I ordered site to store and did not receive it

I ordered site to store and received numerous emails stating my package was ready for pick up. However, when I arrive to the store, there was no package for me. Back and forth with the online customer service and with the staff in the store demanding a refund I finally got it after a long week battle. The manager of the store need to be retrained on how to handle these types of situations. Although, she wasn’t in store. Staff called manager to get resolution and she gave an oh well type of response. There should have been something she could instruct them to do so that I could be refunded. The Regional manager also need to be trained on how the system work. What she told me mad no sense. How would the online customer service know that the store physically accepted a package unless the staff in store logs it in. The staff that is actually in the store, that accepts packages and log them in are telling me something different. (I believe them). The staff did their best in assisting me in getting a refund back. I called customer service and requested a supervisor to get refunded for the missing package that I never received. Anyway, I’m giving three stars for the in store Assistant Manager and other staff.
