I contacted Justice in regards to items…

I contacted Justice in regards to items I purchased prior to the pandemic for my daughter about returning. Was advised that all retail stores in NC except for one 5 hours away have permanently closed. Customer service representative was extremely and unnecessarily rude. I was simply trying to find out how to exchange my items. She gladly told me there was nothing I could do. I have never experienced such awful customer service and someone taking such great pride in being rude to royal customers during such a terrible time in the country. I have not been to my local mall since the pandemic so I decided to call customer service. The lady seemed to take joy in the fact of telling me there was nothing I could do and had no apologies in the slightest. My daughter loves this store and it’s very unfortunate because I will never give this business another dime of my money. If and when the pandemic is over and they decide to open stores back up I can guarantee them they have lost me as a customer forever.

Justice has become a horrible retailer…

Justice has become a horrible retailer to do business with. I’ve loved shopping at Justice in the past for my daughter, nieces, friends kids you name it but going forward I will be spending my money elsewhere. I have placed 2 separate orders from Justice that were both cancelled. Both holds remained on my debit cards for what seems like forever and no one on the customer service line can seem to be able to give me a straight answer. I spoke to 3 separate representatives, I was told one thing from one representative about why my order was cancelled and something different from two other representatives who also advised me that I should be receiving an email from Justice as to why this happened. I still have not received an email offering any explanation and it has been well over 2 weeks already. I have placed 5 separate orders from Justice in the the last month some of which I still haven’t received yet since the beginning of September. This experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth, it’s not like I got their merchandise for free. I payed the full selling price regardless of whether or not the items were on sale.This is ridiculous & don’t see why I should continue to shop here. I work hard for my money & only I have control over where I spend it. You just lost a loyal customer that’s for sure.

I believe in my heart justice stole money from me had a customer service rep tell me he owned justice and he is the high rep. I understand ordering online processing and holding but for them to take my money twice I have the receipts I need someone to looking into my case

My daughter was given gift cards for…

My daughter was given gift cards for her birthday in February, then COVID hit. Every month I would tell her once things are back to normal (or we are allowed too) we would go spend them. Then Justice announced they were closing all Canadian stores...within 12 days the stores were emptied and gone! I called head office a few times to be told I could cross the boarder (while it's closed) and spend my gift cards. WTH!! I am going to renew passports...and cross the boarder to spend $60...not fair Justice!! You have let down a lot of little kids. Why would they not allow Canadian customers to spend their gift cards online? It's not our fault!

Order not right (product missing and received a different item that was not ordered); then no response.............

I did not receive an item that I ordered and instead something else I did not order was sent in error. Contacted the company by email and on the justice shopping site. I asked how to return the item I did not order and asked if they could please send the missing product. No response for days............ I love their bags, but won't be shopping at this store again online or in person as it is a terrible feeling to be ignored - it just sucks. I feel like 'injustice' would be a more appropriate name for this store.

It went down hill fast.

It used to be a good shop. Within the last year it went WAY down hill. If you order now, you'll see why. (Clothes fall apart, Clothes are sized smaller, Less sizes, Clothes are ugly and inappropriate.) It saddens me to see such a good business go down this path. I don't know what they've done, but it's not good.

Avoid Justice gift cards

My daughter has a gift card and during COVID they closed their stores and it can't be used online. Im even ready to pay for shipping from the U.S. to Canada. Called Justice and I'm told that I should fly to the U.S to use a $50CAD gift card. In addition spoke to the worst Justice customer service ever. Avoid justice at all cost.

DO NOT BUY FROM THERE! I'm from Canada and I bought some stuff for my daughter, some of the clothes were too small, after trying to get in touch with them by phone, which is impossible, we sent an email to find out how to return the pants, they sent us a label for return. OF COURSE THEY DON'T TELL US that I will be charged for "port fees" because my credit was supposed to be 38.49$ and what I got was only 2.45$ is this a joke!!! C'MON I would have never returned the items if I would have known that my credit was going to be ONLY 2.45$ and charged for "port fees", I would have given the 3 pair of pants to a charity. What a slap in the face! I asked if I could at least get a credit note or a discount on my next purchase and NOTHING! NEVER NEVER I WILL BUY FROM THERE AGAIN!

Long ship times Bad customer service

Long ship times . Nearly 3 weeks after order 2nd order was supposed to have been delivered. Call the customer service only to be told how bad their tracking and true colors are ! Also told my promo bag was not available and I was just going to have to deal with it. Until I asked for a manager, then all of the sudden they have them ???? We will see how long it takes to get this package!! Horrible first time experience!

Heartless Employee Lied.

My daughter, Emily, tends to poop herself. This is not her fault for she has permanent diarrhea. I asked the Justice employee if the brand new, hot pink pants, were poop proof. They said yes. Next thing you know, she was non-stop pooping herself all over my brand new 2020 Toyota car! I am disgusted, revolted. This employee lied to me!😡 I've been praying and dedicating my life to the true lord and Savior Jesus Christ to help my daughter with her pooping issues. I thought that with poop proof pants, her classmates wouldn't notice the poop stains, but nope! I will never EVER buy from this horrible brand again!

Rude, Hateful, Racist employees

Had to wait to enter store.. no problem. 5 people came out. Us 4 still couldn’t go in. Waited about 10 minutes and 4 people came out. The door keeper let us in. I asked why we weren’t let in earlier when 5 left. She said we weren’t a family. I told her we were a family. She said we were the wrong kind of family asked again and got the same answer. She was black and the other people were black and my family wasn’t. If it had been reversed all hell would have erupted. But I let it go and left the store. Inferior clothes, smelly store and hateful employees. Will never shop there and will always made sure others I know don’t either

HORRIBLE customer service

HORRIBLE customer service. Take money for items, then never ship them yet continue to post ads for sales on the same items you purchased and have yet to receive. Their CSR's are rude, lazy and worthless and offer no help to you about your order. Instead they belittle and tell you to "educate yourself" on their website. This company has gone downhill and I will never order from them again!

My 4 year old granddaughter love the…

My 4 year old granddaughter love the clothes and I would agree they are cute. But the customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! And $40 late charges and $9 to have a customer service rep process your paymebt😡 ! I’m paying off the JUSTICE credit card and canceling it all together. TARGET little girl clothing is pretty cute. Going to save the headache and start shopping there!!!!

I absolutely hate the new company that bought out justice these insensitive people closed my account. For. No reason and didn’t even tell me why after I had my account for almost 2years ... Poor Poor customer service

Try to order a gift card for my granddaughter and ship to her, then pay using my CC. Website refused to let me process order. Chat gal was nice but only suggested that I call order in. When I called, I was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have been waiting more than 5 hours just to talk to a customer service representative. That is ridiculous!!!! I could have been spending time with my family or doing something actually productive but have to wait for the stupid customer service representative. If I could give Justice 0 stars would absolutely would. DO NOT ORDER OR GET ANYTHING FROM JUSTICE, THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

Horrible experience with this store.
I wanted to surprise my daughter for her birthday with some articles from justice, not only did it take a month for the order to come, but no one replied to my email inquiring about my order, no one ever seems to answer the phone and the return policy is a joke. God forbid you buy online, you have to jump through hoops to return something because the stores can not accept exhange/return for things that are right in front of you in the store, just because you bought it online. The most ridiculous concept to not be able exhange items in a store just because you bought them online.
I will never ever buy from this store again!
