I ordered some items for Christmas from Justice December 7th and my items are still processing. I have no tracking information and it does not look like I will receive my items by Christmas if my items have not even been boxed up let alone shipped. I have been on the phone several times with customer service and it was pointless. This is definitely going to be my last purchase from them and I am trying to cancel this one.

If I could give zero stars i would! I don't know whats going on with Justice but this recent purchase I ordered in November for Christmas, still says processing! Wth, so I wait an hour and a half to talk to someone who knows nothing more than what I just read on the site tracking info! I asked if it will get here by Christmas and all I got was yes! I find it hard to believe it will, being its December 17 and the order says still processing as if today! This is bs foreal, this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Now I call to get a refund cant get through, and the chat has been offline all day. I WANT A REFUND!!

I placed an order November 19th and received part of it on December 1st. USPS has been waiting for PITNEY BOWES in Grapevine Tx to send the rest of my order since December 1st. Customer service is a joke. They have no more information than the customer does.

I place an order in November that said it left their shipping partners, PITNEY BOWES, on December 3. That was the last update from them. Contacted USPS and they are saying they never got the package and Justice is saying it shouldn’t take this long for the package to arrive. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter that loves justice. Now I have to scramble to get her new gifts. Justice did say they would refund my money. I find it ridiculous that so many people are having the same issue with their shipping. Obviously this isn’t a way to run a business and I blame both justice and who they are using as their shipping partner.

Made a purchase in September that is yet to delivered yet I was charged. Another purchase on 12/1 is saying shipped but USPS h
as no record.

I placed an order on 11/30 which has not even been processed yet! I keep getting automated messages when I contact customer support telling me that the delay is due to new COVID procedures. It should not take 16 days to put 3 items in a box and ship it. At this point I will never get the items in time for Christmas. The company is shutting down soon so sadly they don't care about customer service anymore.

I recently made two purcheses from justice, one on 11/30 and one on 12/02, the one on 12/02 had one item cancelled, which is crappy but atleast it has been shipped. The order from 11/30 is still processing. It has been past their 7-10 business days they promised, and now I can not get ahold of anyone through their chat, or by calling. I just want my items, and to be able to give my children what they asked for, for Christmas. If I had known it was going to be like this, I wouldn't have wasted my time or money buying a thing from them.

I placed an order on 11/23/20. Received a shipping notice on 12/2. The tracking number showed expected delivery on 12/9....it did not arrive, tracking still showed the same date the next day. I started trying to check with them to no avail. Suddenly the tracking changed to “on its way” at a third party facility in Grapevine, TX. As of today 12/14 it is still at the third party facility and I can make no contact with justice. Live chat and email send a generic scripted response. The phone number given will not allow you to talk to anyone. It goes straight to a survey about your cust service rep and then hangs up. What a nightmare. Because of course they took my money right away.

This has been one of my worst customer service experiences ever. I placed a order for my daughter on 12/5 they take the money out write away. Before ordering l was told l would receive before Christmas so a couple days after ordering l wanted to check up on my order and couldn't get through for hours until days. I work so l can't be on hold or calling justice all day. Around 12/8 spoke to a man and he was very very confused and started thry are trying to figure out why processing which is third party taking so long. I asked him can he please check on my order and informed me its no way to check. He then stated people have been waiting on orders from November still which is very very ridiculous. I waited tried to call again days later couldn't get through over the phones. Either your on hold greater than 2 hours then phone disconnects or a scripted message they are unavailable right now please call back later. Live chat is just as worst you wait in an extensive line in the queue and nobody picks up or when they do you get a scripted line processing takes xyz days blah blah blah and when you asked for a supervisor you instructed to call but can't get through phone lines. This is very bad customer service. They take your money and don't deliver goods. How is this not stealing from customers or cheating kids out of a gift from the stores they like to shop at. I heard they were going out of business except for online. They way they are treating us customers as well as l read others reviews they should be reported and probably closed completely. I ordered this for my daughter as a gift and now won't arrive in time. Smdh

I ordered before December I have called 3 times because my order has still not been shipped. This is a Christmas present for my daughter. I called to today to speak to a manager well she hung up on me after waiting for 1 hour 1/2 on the phone .Do not ordered from them they are ripping people off

I’ve placed exactly two orders in the past 4 months and both orders had items cancelled in it... there inventory system is terrible not to mention they took over two weeks to process it and I didn’t realize I wouldn’t be receiving the item so now I won’t have it for Christmas.. last order I will place with them. And after reading the reviews I don’t even know how they are in business still

Our payment was returned destroyed in the mail. Justice said they were going to remove a late fee because of it and did, but not beg other charges another late fee on the late fee! I have spent 3hrs over the last 3 months dealing with them on the phone. Not only did Justice not deal with, they lost a customer for life.

My kid used to go to justice back in 2014-2016 and it was child appropriate clothing i feel as though now they are forcing kids to grow up when it comes to clothing. The clothing in the store is no longer all sparkles and fun but maybe a little less mature version of garage

Gift Card-No refunds
I purchased a gift card for my grand daughter in London, Ontario, Dec. 17, 2019 for Christmas. Then COVID lockdown came before she had a chance to shop, once lockdown was lifted Justice had closed all stores in Canada. They are not giving any refunds on gift cards.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The quality for the price is not good. Plus customer service is horrible. I ordered boots for my daughter, they took money from my bank account and with no notice canceled my order because boots were no longer available. Did not even email me about it. I have contacted customer service and their response was "oh well, it is what it is"... we bought several bathing suits during summer time and it is practically 2 time use and it falls apart. Walmart bathing suit had better quality. The whole company seems to be a ripoff

I was purchasing pajamas from Justice from an advertisement via Google Justice. The pajama set I was purchasing was advertised on a price roll back to $20.00. When I clicked the link, it took you directly to the on line Justice web site. They were being sold for $31.46. I contacted CS about this and was told it was a third party ad. I explained it was not as it took me directly to Justice for check out. Regardless, the CS rep did nothing to resolve the issue for me but did let their ad dept know about it. Next day the same Google ad is adjusted to reflect their web page price of $31.46. Fortunately I took a screen shot that clarifies the deception, even though Justice does not care.

2 min ago I went to go buy, a product and there where about 50 left . but when I came back the item was gone! If you want good justice service I suggest that you should go to the justice store. & They don't have any good items, at the justice online store. :(

THIS IS A SCAM, I made a $2.95 purchase, 2 days later they hit my card 2 times for $50.00. When trying to get in touch with company I had no luck. DO NOT LET YOURSELF GET SCAMMED BY Justiceibuy.com.

I love shopping at Justice for my 10 year old daughter... great quality, excellent customer service and always great sales. I even particularly love the Lakeland Florida location.

This business Is a scam. Do not purchase anything you will lose your money
