Justice just sent me egift cards to use online. However, there is nothing left online to purchase. The money orginally spent online was a gift card my daughter recieved for her birthday. This is so sad and Justice really needs to do the right thing! I will be calling them again tomorrow (today is a holiday) to see what exactly they plan to do now.

Ordered on December 10th, items still not received very disappointed as the items were Christmas gifts. I wouldn’t recommend Justice. I have ordered numerous times from this company and never had issues. If you look at other reviews, many people with the same issue. They don’t deserve a 1 star.

I ordered on December 9th, as it was still supposed to arrive in time for Christmas up until Dec. 10th. I think since they're going out of business, they feel they can rip everyone off. My order still says processing. I have sent 3 emails. Received 1 email in return that only said I would not receive before Christmas, nothing else. This is ridiculous! I placed an order on 11/28 with gift cards because I have no money for gifts. I thought that was enough time. To date, 3 days before christmas it still says processing. I have chatted 3 separate times with team members each with no acceptable resolution. The last person offered me 40% oft the entire order well really would I want to order more when this is the service. I need the money or gifts...have compassion for individuals especially this time of year. It saddens me that this is the last memory of this company because I did truly love this company before this. Just disappointing.

If I could give it zero star I would. I ordered since nov 20th and still nothing. Called twice today and was on hold both times for 1 hour and half. I will be reporting the BBB and also will call my bank to start a dispute.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! I placed an order December 6th with a guarantee arrival by Christmas, still in processing mode. I've called several times and wait for HOURS only to be disconnected. I have sent three emails with no response and the online chat is a joke! These items were gifts for my granddaughters, I would not recommend Justice to anyone ever again!

I placed an order 12-6-20, for my granddaughter for Christmas, I still haven’t received any emails saying it was shipped yet. It’s 4 days till Christmas! I’ve given up hope for getting it in time for Christmas. I just hope I can get a refund, or get it by her birthday in April
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Yep. Everything everyone said is true! I placed 2 orders. One dec 4th and one dec 6th. Both GUARANTEED by Christmas. Order one is estimated to arrive dec 24th (im not holding my breath) and the other dec 29th!!! I have called daily and either gotten a recording they are busy and to call back or aat for hours on hold and no one answers. I sent emails no one replies to and tried online chat every day. Sometimes it won't even let you attempt to online chat..every other time I've been 137 (or MORE!) In the queue. Absolutely the worst customer service right now. Its sad. Dont GUARANTEE something if you can't freaking ship it. THERE ARE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FOR KIDS!!! I was so sad to see them go out of business but after this experience...im not sure I care!

Ordered on 12/5 - a few pairs of jeans for my daughter for Xmas and as of today (12/21) it still says processing and I tried the live chat I was number 111 and I never got through to an agent. On the phone now with customer service and been on hold for 45 min listening to elevator music with no rep at all. Worst company ever - do not order anything from them you will prob never receive it ! Also prob won’t return money because you can’t get a hold of anyone to deal with the problem !!!!!!

Also order i placed 12/7 just shipped today the 21st and will not be here until way after Christmas!! So mush for the order by 12/10 to be guaranteed by Christmas. I placed my order on November 30th 2020 and it’s still says processing. THIS is literally the worst company I’ve ever order anything EVER from. I can not get through on the phone just hear the stupid elevator music for 2 hours and no one never comes on! Tried their online chat waited an hour no one never comes on. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau because at this point it sounds like their just taking everyone money and goes off the radar! And they probably don’t care because they’ve gone bankrupt and supposedly they’re being bought out. DO NOT ORDER from Justice you’re spending money on something you’ll never get and you’ll never get a refund or through!! And COVID and the USPS should not be to blamed for this it says on their website will ship 7-10 days and it’s been nearly a month. I’ve been ordering everyday online and getting packages just fine from other businesses. I will never EVER again give this business MY business EVER AGAIN.

This is not the problem of covid 19 or the USPS, this is just rotten service by Justice. To make matters worse, they give no refunds, changes or adjustments for this horrible service. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I ordered a gift for my kid on November 28, didn’t get my package yet, no freaking updates when my package will arrive!! I tried to call them, was on hold for more then an hour, listening that stupid music, until I couldn’t take it anymore!!!! I don’t understand where is the package coming from- North Pole?!!!!

Horrible! Horrible how you treat people. Took my order weeks ago, Create tracking, Sent me an email on 12/7 saying it's on the way !!! why would i doubt that and when you charged my card the order is really on the way right? NO ! and now you want to blame the post office because they didn't pick it up?? it was never given to the post office !! it was in some sort of "Pre-Shipment twilight zone" and now unfortunately it's out of stock and not coming-- at least give us the customer respect to tell us its not coming weeks ago so we can make other arrangements for this season and we will most likely remember you next year. The customer service is non caring and horrible when and if you can ever get anybody on the phone or live chat. And now they have shorted my refund amount !! They just don't care...shop somewhere else people.. People have been through too much this Christmas 2020-- we won't forget ! our daughters and gr-daughters will be redirected to other sites next year.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I placed two orders at justice. One on December 8th and the other on December 9th. My order I placed on the ninth shipped several days ago. The order I placed first is still pending. I can’t get a hold of anyone. When I call their customer service line I get the memo “all of our representatives are busy, please call back later.” I can’t hold to talk to someone? When I try to talk to someone via live chat, I wait for a very long time before receiving the message “disconnected.” It makes perfect sense to me why this business is going under.

Placed my order on 12/07 and I continued to check every day through out each day for an update. Nothing, my order still shows processing. I first reached out to customer service via email and no response, so I spoke with a representative who confirmed that the company still guarantees shipment before Christmas if placed before 12/10 and to allow a couple more business days 😑 today is 12/18... I’m sure it won’t be here before 12/25 as promised. I would have spent my money elsewhere if knowing this company was horrible. Sad thing is I have twin nieces coming from Texas and they won’t be able to have their presents before they leave.
