Supporting fraudulent scam sites.

They're enabling scam websites and have no customer support or way to report abuse directly, which shows they are aware of the practices and actively choose to continue supporting fraudulent businesses.

It is also absolutely disgusting that this has been going on for several YEARS! 80% of the complaints here on Trustpilot are JUST about the fact that this company chooses to support scam companies, how is this allowed to continue existing?

I ordered a pair of shoes in February…

I ordered a pair of shoes in February 2, 2026, I immediately got an email confirming my purchase and that it was being shipped. It is now March 19, no shows and when I enter the tracking number provided, it indicates delivery in March 8. Numerous emails to customer service provides the same canned response, my order was confirmed and the tracking number provided. The last email told me to contact my local post office, which of course told me that they can’t track the package without a USPS tracking number, which of course, I don’t have one. Total scam. Thank goodness the shoes I ordered were on sale so I’m not out a huge amount. This company needs to be investigated, I have filed a report with the Consumer Protection Agency. They sure didn’t hesitate to take my money the same day I placed the order.

Con merchant

Ordered makeup multifunctional which I thought was Laura Geller. It was not and they advertized with makeup brush no brush. No means to return. Feel like a plonker. £37 down the drain.

We are reporting a serious case of trademark infringement, brand impersonation, and consumer fraud connected to multiple domains currently registered through Dynadot and used to impersonate our brand on fraudulent e-commerce storefronts in SHOPLINE.

We request your urgent assistance in identifying the company/person operating these e-commerce, as well as removing them from your platform.

Details of the Infringement

1. Trademark Violations (Logo & Brand Name)
Our registered trademark GLO is protected in multiple jurisdictions:
• USA: 87888119
• European Union: 13700281
• China: TMZC71539221ZCSL01
• Hong Kong: FR20190354
• Thailand: 241121449
The infringing sites are using our logo, brand name, and protected visual identity without authorization.

2. Brand Identity Misuse
The fraudulent stores replicate our brand colors and design system with the clear intention to confuse customers and make them believe they are shopping on the official GLO website.

3. Unauthorized Use of Copyrighted Images
They are using manipulated copies of our copyrighted photography, including our model holding our LED mask.
They simply replaced the real device with their counterfeit product to mislead consumers.

4. Product Name Misappropriation
Our LED mask is officially named Glo Mask.
The infringing stores are selling counterfeit products under the same product name, creating deliberate confusion.

5. Consumer Fraud Reported
We have already been contacted by two victims who purchased from these fake websites believing they were buying from our official GLO store.
They never received any product, confirming this is an active scam operation.

Fraudulent Domains Involved
The following 7 domains are impersonating GLO and infringing our trademark and copyrights:

• glo-fr.com
• glo-de.com

• glo-nl.com
• glo-no.com

We are attaching a PDF dossier with screenshots and visual proof of:
• Original copyrighted images
• Comparisons with the fraudulent sites

2. Disclosure of the operator/merchant information, as permitted under your abuse and compliance policies, for legal action.

I bought mobile internet, and they promised it would work just by connecting them, but it only works half-heartedly. So, I was able to connect my computer to this device, but I still haven't received the promised internet. Apparently, it doesn't have the card it's supposed to have, but that wasn't mentioned anywhere.

This company knowingly supports and…

This company knowingly supports and promotes scam websites that steal content from real companies like mine in order to steal from the public and send them poorly manufactured garbage. I have on numerous occasions tried to flag these bad actors and have also sent proof of the stolen content to people in the company and they DO NOT CARE. Zero accountability or action take.

Angry customer

I'm a customer of one of Shopline Inc.'s sponsored companies. I have tried reaching out to both Shopline and Minceetbien because first I got over charged and then, 2 months later, recieved the exact opposite of the product I had ordered. After the 2years, I found that customer service - bad, system updating but all my settings of members price gone.
I requested for a refund because I do not want to use the pos but they not allowed eventhough prorated.

Very pure service

Very pure service. Tracking states parcel was delivered. Lies! I have cctv at my premises there was no parcel delivered.
Buy the comments in the reviews this seems to be a legitimate scamming site. I hope to be proven wrong but hold no hope....

a lot hidden charges

Failed to refund my money paid due to lack of contact and not doing what I was promised
I have phoned the London number every day it’s never picked up
I have phoned the rep who never reply’s
Or answer my emails
I have contacted through there chat line and never get a responce
On Wednesday I will take out a small claims for the money spent. And time waisted
I have made my feeling known to trading standards and taken there advice
Do not touch this company if you are expecting support

I have been using Shopline for the past two years. When I first started, any requests they said they can be done. For example, I was selling second hand pro wrestling memorabilia at the store and was using their Shopline Payment system, they suddenly requested that I should stop using their services, which I was fine with. But there is still part of the funds within that account that I cannot take out, when I asked them about it, they directed me to their Customers Service, which was mostly AI, completely useless.

Then they said I can no longer sell second hand items at my store if I want to use credit card payment services, as I have been starting my own line of products. So I asked them what I should do, then they told me just transfer everything to a new store front, and get a company which handles credit card payment then it should be straight, which I did. It turns out all the previous preorder information cannot be moved to the new store front, which still need to be fulfilled within the next month, all they said was they couldn't move it and told me to figure it out myself. If I could figure it out myself, why in the actual hell will I need them to help me problem solve issues in the first place?

Not only that, when I asked them for help, their personnel, who previously told me that they could move everything over, then asked me why should I keep ordering info and told me to get my business logic straight. I was absolutely pissed by that.

This company does not care about small accounts, and all they care is about taking money from small accounts to build their names, so they can sell to big companies, their OneShip platform is a little better, but it isn't without problems, but at least they were helpful.

Shopline lost my domain name!

I am using shopline for my first e-commerce webpage. On my 2nd year of domain name renewal, I try to click the link of domain name renewal sent by Shopline, it got nothing to show. After spoke to so many of Shopline agents or CS or technicians, our domain name still failed to be renewed due to a stupid error behind the whole system. We have been waiting for more than a moth time for Shopline to solve ths issue. As this website is company main income, we who will take responsible for our lost within this period??? Anyone can advice what we should do as we still been kept asking to wait for our domain name claiming until today. Shopline keep asking us to wait, saying they are trying their best to solve this issue. So when is the end for this??? Any legal action we can take?? Who we shall charge to for all of lost???
