I ordered two wall lights 14 weeks ago and have received nothing. I have had a couple of emails saying the lights are in production and assuring me they would arrive within two weeks. They haven't. I wish I'd checked trust pilot before ordering.

Would not recommend this company. Almost 5 months waiting on my order with multiple promises and emails from them promising delivery. Do not order from them. They have now stopped replying to my emails.

SCAM COMPANY! Do not order from them! Ordered handles in Jan 2025, over 200euro paid. Remained 'in production' for months. Numerous emails to the company who cited 'production issues'. Requested refund in May 2025. Still awaiting refund in July 2025! Have sent multiple emails to customer service! The reviews on their website are fake! AVOID!

Also wish I had found this website, rather than the FAKE 4.9/5 green stars on their website made to look like TrustPilot. I received the goods I ordered, they were not right for our kitchen project, I had my return authorised and sent them back. But there has been no refund in over 3 months despite regular chasing. AVOID!!

Absolutely shocking service! I ordered some taps (which never came because they were in'production' for over a month!!) So I cancelled the order and no refund whatsoever, no emails, no communication...worst service I have EVER experienced. I am having to now go to the trouble of getting a refund through a credit card clam!

I found the exact same tap on ebay for half the cost too so they are definitely not 'in production'.

DO NOT BUY YOU WILL NEVER GET IT, OR A REFUND!!

Reviews are all fake on their website and so is their social media following.

Ordered 5 knobs on 16th February. After plenty of mails and apologies due to logistical issues I stopped that farce after 4,5 months! Many promises that the order will be shipped within the next 5 or 10 days, nothing happened. Obviously big problems with managing the shop. Not serious in my eyes. Now I understand they deactivated their recessions on the meraki website. Nice products don’t help if you can’t deliver reliably.

another one, just the same as the others... no merchandise, strung along week after week, arrive 1-2 weeks.

Order placed in February, July is around the corner and still nothing...
I would definitely think it's a scam, but... I ordered from them 2 years ago and received the products. Yes, it was late, yes, it was sent directly from the factory in China, yes, I had to pay customs fees, but at least I received what I paid for...
Which makes me think that the company is bankrupt: they can't pay their suppliers, and they still accept new orders in order to get money to pay the suppliers for older orders. Like a pyramid scheme: they scam the newest customers to deliver to the oldest ones.
Like everybody here, customer service answered at first, then totally ignored my next messages.
Avoid this company!

I am so disappointed - after 3 months of being led along by this company, being fobbed off with ‘technical issues’ and saying dispatch will be in 1-2 weeks at the latest, I have finally researched reviews and see that the company is clearly a scam! £180 lost

Scam artists. Company took payment for handles in April. When they didn’t show up when due was told they were made but was a delay in shipping. Then they just didn’t turn up at all and they stopped replying to emails, on site tracking shows they are still in production. AVOID.

BUYERS BEWARE!! Wish I had found this page before ordering from them. Unfortunately, my experience mirrors similar ones recounted here: ordered four months ago, handles should have arrived mid-April, we're June 21rst and still nothing in sight. I have already emailed the customer service twice and received a BS answer saying that there's been a delay in production and that my order has been prioritized. At this point, I believe all the stellar reviews on their website are completely fake and tbh, I'm even doubting this company even has real products.

Avoid this site as it is not existing! They let you pay and never deliver anything. When cancelling the order they never pay back but continue answering you with nonsens to make you believe you will be taken care soon…don’t trust them! Pure scam! I placed an order with Shop Meraki in early March 2025 and, over three months later, it still hasn’t been delivered.

Despite repeated follow-ups, I’ve received nothing but vague and shifting explanations — production delays, internal issues, promises that my order was “prioritised” and would ship within 1–2 weeks. None of these were honoured. I’ve been told repeatedly that my order will be dispatched “soon,” but no tracking information has ever been provided, and no product has arrived.

It’s incredibly frustrating to get the same scripted replies while getting no closer to a solution. I’ve now requested a refund, but even that hasn’t materialised.

Based on my experience — and looking at other reviews — this seems to be a recurring pattern. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company until they can demonstrate they’ve resolved these operational and customer service issues.

Ordered lights in October 2024 which arrived within few weeks but part was faulty to allow fitting. In February 2025 they put replacement item on production. It’s now 4 months and after numerous chases I was offered a discount code for my next purchase. I would never buy from this company again. No customer service number, no one to communicate. It is a total scam!

Absolute SCAM!! Placed my order 3 months ago and still nothing have been chasing for a refund and they basically have no customer service support either and vague responses saying my order will be dispatched soon - I don’t want it anymore , what a joke of a company … DO NOT USE

After 3 months my order never even went into production! It took a month of daily emails to get them to cancel the order and initiate the refun.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND AFTER A MONTH WAITING!!!!

Avoid This company. I placed an order in January and I am still waiting. I have reached out every month for an update on my order status and have yet to receive any details. They’ll take your money and run. There is no contact number, but an email that provides generic bulk replies. I have requested a refund multiple times now that I have waited for 6 months and no one has responded.

Complete SCAM. We ordered handles mid-March 2025, with a 2-3 weeks production and delivery timeline (as told by their employee). Mid-April, when inquiring about the status of our order, we were told a completely different timeline: 3-6 weeks production + 2 weeks shipping. Upon requesting a refund, and after lots of patience and persistence from our side, they said they would deliver it 'next week' and offered a 20% discount to not cancel, which we (unfortunately) accepted. Again, we haven't received any items or any communication from them, at which point we reached out again to request a refund.

Their response:
"We’ve encountered an internal issue that we’re still in the process of resolving, and unfortunately, it’s had a significant impact on our production and dispatch times."

I reiterated my request for a refund, which they finally accepted. This was mid-May, more than 2 months after the order. And we have still not received the refund.

Transparent, candid communication is key. Meraki might be experiencing 'internal issues', but not informing the customer, changing timelines, lying about delivery to retain orders, is absolutely unacceptable. So unless you want to wait an indefinite amount of time and potentially lose your money (unsure as we are still waiting for the refund), avoid this scam.

I ordered two wall lights and paid £184.80. Nice glossy website. Order response looked professional. I researched and learnt too late they were a scam site. They still claim my order is 'in production' but refuse to respond to my messages. i have reported them to NSCS and Action Fraud.

Its a scam. I ordered a house number and it never arrived. its been more than 2 months. they also don't reply to emails. I wish I checked out trustpilot beofre buying from them
