AVOID

Significant issues also. Ordered product in November - arrived, faulty, was promised replacement part. A part arrived 3 months later but was not the right part. New part promised and never arrived. Refused refund after 120 period had ended for chargeback. Only option now is small claims.

Absolutely awful company to do business…

Absolutely awful company to do business with. We ordered lights from them at the beginning of January, and they still have not fulfilled the order.

We have requested a refund over this time period and have been fobbed off, stating the light would be with us soon… a week, two weeks…. it’s June now and still no lights.

We requested a refund today to be told that they will offer us store credit 🤣🤣🤣🤣

….like we would want to use this company again? I mean this has to be illegal? Surely they have to return our money using the payment method we used (6 months ago I might add!).

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost! Purchased a tap November 2024, I still hadn't received it by January 2025. I was told I'd receive a refund within 30 working days, that passed and I've still not got a refund. I'm not just getting extremely rude emails from the company saying I'm wasting their time emailing asking when I'm getting my refund. Website is a scam DON"T USE!!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam - do not order anything from them. Waiting for a wall light I ordered in Feb 2025. No communication when queried delivery date only an automated response. I threatened legal action and a refund and they said order would be with me in 2 weeks. That time has passed and I am not writing review after requesting refund again. No reply.

Order placed 19th December

Ordered two coat hooks on 19th December 2024, had a few emails promising they are awaiting despatch but still not received my order. Absolutely disgraceful, now over the 120 days to declare a Section 75 with my credit card provider. How do we get our money back, how are they still trading?

Is this a scam? I’ve been waiting 5 months for my order and I seem to get bots replying. I’ve asked for a refund and quoted consumer law but they still say that it’s on its way. Anyone have any idea how I can get my £52 back?

Order never arrived

Placed an order on 30/10/2024 and still haven’t received it. After monthly emails, customer service keeps on refusing to give me a delivery date. No reaction on my request for a refund or compensation.

Don’t make the same mistake I did: don’t order with them. I’m more and more convinced this is a scam!

Do not place an order with this company, it’s a scam…2 months later & no delivery date for items ordered but an offer to pay more for faster shipping!! Customer service is literally useless & they have deleted their instagram account….

Simply can't order from them anymore...

Not sure what's happened to Meraki, formerly excellent products and service - now? Well, just look at the reviews.

I ordered 30th November, and haven't heard anything since - just the standard auto-generated responses. The saving grace is that it looks like the payment wasn't actually taken by the company, thankfully.

Best avoided until they sort themselves out.

If I could give no stars I would.

What an awful company - placed an order for handles 02/03/25. Since then multiple emails trying to find out when they will be delivered- very slow to respond to emails. I was advised to pay an additional fee to “Fast- Track” the order which I did and still they are unable to advise when they will be delivered. I asked for a refund of both the order and the fasttrack fee and was told that as the order was in process all they could do is offer a credit note. Do not be fooled by the smoke and mirrors website. Order from a more reputable company as I w thrown £200 + down the drain!!!

Total disrespect for company.

Ordered a tap in October 24 - now April 25 and still no sign tap - multiple emails saying in workshop and on order

Have requested refunds for both.

Total rubbish - will never see money back I'm sure.

Awful, unprofessional, WORST website

Do you order from this website. Absolutely ridiculous , unprofessional, and shocking customer service. I ordered 3 door handles on the 5th of February. It is now a few days from May and I still have not received my order. After multiple emails to them I have to wait a long time for a single response, where they reassure me that they are “prioritising” my order and it will arrive as soon as possible. When I am still waiting I have no real tracking information as all it says is “order in production”
If you want to waste your time and money then order from here.

Ridiculous wait for 3 door numbers

It is a disappointing experience overall as I ordered three door numbers on 27th January 2025 but still have not received it as of today. I have been reassured multiple times that the products are in progress and prioritized but still nothing happened. Do not buy from this shop as it is completely ridiculous to spend 4 months waiting for 3 door numbers.

It is a scam

I purchased a pair of bedside lamps on December 6, 2024. As of today, April 24, 2025, I have only received one of them. I send them an email every week and they don't give me a solution. They refuse to give me my money back. I ask them to take the lamp they brought me because without the other one it is of no use to me and they refuse. They neither give me a solution nor give me the missing lamp. It's an absurd dialogue that takes me nowhere. I feel terribly cheated and unable to resolve this situation.

DO NOT BUY FROM SHOPMERAKI.CO

Don't be fooled by the very beautiful website for shopmeraki, the .com site becomes a .co site which should have been the first red flag...ordered door handles 11 weeks ago on Feb 2nd and every time I chase I get a chatbot response (from either Fin, Cherry or Luven) 'a recent system upgrade temporarily impacted operations but we're working to resolve the issue' and 'having issues with the dispatch due to a technical outage'. I am now in the process of cancelling and don't expect to get a response. I see every 5 star review for this company looks remarkably well constructed (AI?) which has only confirmed my suspicions about this website. Kicking myself for not checking further before I purchased... Nothing has arrived. Money taken. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Goods not delivered, no response from company

Months after placing an order, it still isn't delivered. The lead time was ridiculously long anyway, and even with that it should have been deliverd 3 weeks ago. Meraki won't respond to any online chat or emails. I have ordered from them before and had to make a complaint then too, I thought it was a one-off.
